I bought my fiancé’s wedding band at birks. We customized the ring and the whole process was very smooth and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff members were very knowledgeable and we were always greeted with a smile. The final product was exactly what we wanted!

I have been buying Birks pieces for years, but I won’t be buying anymore going forward. I lost another birks earring yesterday… I don’t believe the backs are made well. The service is good but the quality is terrible. I have David Yurman earrings, Tiffany’s earrings, even Swarovski which is much cheaper, and I have never lost any earring from any other brand, I take care of my jewelry. Birks earring backs are the lowest possible quality, they get loose and fall out while your walking around… my recommending is save your money and shop at a better quality jeweller.

My husband and I bought these stackable rings for our wedding anniversary. This Chinese girl Guannan helped us a lot. She was so nice and patient, she offered us Excellent service. Love this brand, love the products.

Living in California, bought a watch 2 days before Christmas at Birk's Brossard. Returned after Christmas to have the strap sized. Gal indicated that once watch was sized it could not be returned. No issue as I loved the watch. Only after it was sized did she tell me that the watch would not work. Might be the battery, and they could send it to Toronto but could not send it to me in California. Returned the next day, as manager was not working, only to be told that they could exchange it for another watch. Never did the Manager come out to speak to us. They suggested another watch, resized it, wrapped it and only then told me that the new watch was 50% more than the original gift. Very shady business practice. Same poor business practice to not check watch when it was sold, checking it before resizing, not being able to replace a battery pin less than two weeks, not being able to deliver to California. .I will not return to Birk's.

I went shopping for an engagement ring over the summer (in August) and had the best customer service imaginable. The representative that helped me out is called Laurence and her customer service is extraordinary. I never felt pressured to buy anything, she always put my needs first and always made me feel like a top priority. She was extremely friendly, knowledgable and attentive to what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend shopping here and being taken care of by Laurence.

She helped me pick the exact one my fiancé wanted. Overall an amazing experience.
