I custom ordered a 2023 SQ5 from Audi Durham in December 2022 - Steve Kisil was my Audi Brand Specialist and was professional, responsive and flexible/understanding throughout the process.The vehicle arrived in April 2023 and I was thrilled to finally be behind the wheel. When I arrived at the dealership, Steve was on the floor to take care of my every need. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and has excellent customer service skills. Even on his days off he was responsive if I had any questions. A very open and transparent process - I am very happy with my Q5 Sportsback. Mostly done via emails and phone, Steve eliminated the usual noise I have become accustomed to when doing a car transaction. Fair approach to the trade (all done remotely).
