Staff are quite helpful if you ask them for assistance, though could do more to be approachable. They have a huge selection of high-quality gear though, and credited me with a sale price after an employee gave me an incorrect date for a sale. Glad to see they push to make things right!

Awesome place. I assume all first responders know of this place ... they cater to police, fire, paramedics, etc. But also beneficial for outdoor enthusiasts. Even good for average people like me - I ordered winter boots (need wide width & none left in stock) - so light weight, secure, warm, breathable, awesome traction - can't wait for them to arrive.

Yesterday was the first and last time I will be ever coming to this store. Whenever I had a question or needed help finding something, I felt that I was inconveniencing the person behind the counter. The person working was more focused on what he was doing on the computer than on helping me as a customer. I eventually found the size boots I was looking for but decided not to give my money to a business that does not value its customer. Afterward, I went to Mr. Safety Shoe and was greeted and offered help as I walked in, this is how customer service should be. The franchise owner needs to re-train its staff on customer service.

I have come to this store often. Maybe too often. The staff are always professional and knowledgeable in the products they sell. There is a good selection and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for they will gladly order it for you. If you will be out of town they will also ship it to you. The staff are very friendly and personable. I have gotten boots, handcuff keys, shirts, tourniquets and other items here. I have never been disappointed in what I get. I will gladly come here for law enforcement, tactical or other equipment when in the Ottawa area.

Great staff! Wide selection of products from well known brands: not only the uniforms, but the gear as well. If they don't have something in stock, they can order to get it in reasonable time and let you know. It is probably the only store in the region with 5.11 products - so you can go and try whether it fits you or not.
