Appointment times are highly inaccurate. Going for a fitness test and have to wait an hour until they get everybody in the group ready after their drug and hearing tests and what ever else. Ridiculously frustrating and not worth using the company. So many better and more efficient companies who value an individuals time.

New employer had me go in for a psychical test. Everything was great. Staff were super friendly and Profesional. And it barely took an hour. Overall great experience.

This is the most incompetent testing company I have ever had to deal with. I have been working a safety sensitive oil field job for almost 12 years and have never ever had to jump through so many hoops to pass a physical and urine test ever! There is zero communication between staff members paired with very low knowledge of there job to try and make this a easy and smooth process for you. Never ever send your workers there for testing unless you want your time and money wasted. All results came back positive, did not fail anything but took them 2 weeks to get to get that conclusion and made me miss 2 flights up north which results in thousands of dollars missed for me and my young family. I wish to never ever have to deal with there incompetency ever again.

Why did it take nearly three hours for my employee to finish his physical and drug test? It should be a one hour operation MAX.Never will be using sure hire ever again. This is not the first time I've had an awful experience and I could bet it wouldn't be the last if I keep using there awful servicesAnd the strip mall that surehire uses is DISGUSTING, for how much money this company brings in every 1/4 you'd think they could afford a nicer space... you know one that's not located next to a grimy gross massage parlour

Just updating my previous review from 2018. I honestly can’t figure out why people leave such bad reviews, maybe they’re just mad they know they’re going to fail the drug test. The staff I dealt with today were nothing short of phenomenal, very friendly and professional. The girl with black hair doing the physical portion of the test with us was amazing, super encouraging and made the fitness test actually fun. Thank you. I know most people don’t have a choice where their employer sends them for any kind of testing but I cannot recommend this place enough.Original review (2018):Was originally scheduled for 9am on a Thursday. Place had a fire and I was moved to the next day closer to closing time. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. Change of staff / management maybe. Although they were obviously swamped with extra appointments from the previous day staff was friendly and professional (shorter girl with brunette hair tied in a bun, scrubs - didn’t catch her name, was great).

The place is fine but In my case I specifically told them it was rush and would except the result in 4 days , they told me it was 2-5 days. Took the test on Monday and when I called them on Friday they said that we just sent sample for testing would take over the weekend to receive my result. I know there are others in front of me which I’m totally fine with but if they told it would take over a week I would have probably gone to another testing company, now I can’t work for a week. You can’t give false deadlines and lure customers, if can’t do it please let us know so we can make an informed decision.

Had me booked in for 3 tests but when i went to complete these they only completed one urinanalysis.Tried to blame theyre mistake on my company instead of taking resposibility

The South center's staff demonstrated professionalism, but the policy requiring a physical photo ID seemed impractical. Even though I had saved my driver's license photo on my phone, the staff insisted on a physical copy, leading me to reschedule the test and pay an additional fee. Upon returning with a physical ID, I found that only my name was verified, and no further scrutiny was necessary. This policy contradicts my previous experiences, where an ID picture was deemed sufficient. Overall, this policy is highly inconvenient.

This company has predatory fee practices. Trash customer service. And rude service reps.If you book an appointment, don't call back 10 minutes later to reschedule. It's a $75 cancelation fee and a $50 no show fee for not providing 24hours notice. $125 fee for trying to move your appointment to an hour later.They are money grubbing pirates that would have cost me my job if I didn't pay their ransom. And so rude.

WAY better service than what I had experienced 2 years ago. The lady I did my mask fitting test with was an ABSOLUTE GEM. 2 years ago, it was a lady with a nasty attitude, and I told myself I would never return to this location. But I came back, prepared to have another person who would be extremely rude to me again; but to my surprise, I had an amazing experience with this lovely lady. I wish I gotten her name (She is full figured, really pretty, medium/short height, & amazing an personality!) <3She was the only female working at the front desk. My appointment was at 2:15 and she did my mask fit test. She is so lovely, & I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves! :D
