Extremely professional and friendly staff. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our postal package pick up point was Centennial Mall. The service was so-so. It was recently changed to the Wexford location. Night and day regarding customer service. Tina in particular is exemplary assisting and interacting with customers. Regardless the frustrations some in line present her, she always addresses them with respect, courtesy and professionalism. She as helped me on numerous occasions to provide alternatives to better my objectives. She’s witty, always ends each interaction with a pleasant goodbye and never ceases to smile. I can’t recall better customer service.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered in Canada. I had my two month old with me since they take baby passport pictures here, I get in the Canada Post line and politely ask if this is the same line for passport photos, the older lady behind the counter yells at me and says MY PRIORITY IS CANADA POST CUSTOMERS FIRST YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE WHOLE LINE IS DONE" 1- I was second in line waiting for 20 minutes

I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. The staff is disrespect, rude, and do not care about helping customers. I went to this location to send out a package and the lady refuse to tape down the return label. She told me if i wanted to tape it i would have to purchase tape, they don't offer tape to customers". Canada post is a billion dollar company

I went to Canada post today around 2, to pick up a package and was completely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from the older lady working there. She was very rude and talked to me as though I was dense. I will honestly be avoiding Canada post at all costs due to the unpleasant experience I had today. Judging by the other reviews I see I am not the first person this lady has been rude to. I strongly believe that someone like that should not be working in customer service.

I thought that the older lady at the counter was only having a bad day but after looking at other reviews I figured out that it wasn’t just a bad day. There’s certain people that are in the wrong workplace and this is one of them for sure.Very rude and unprofessional.

I am just coming out from this Canada post location. I just don’t understand the lady works there, she always gives you look as if she wants to throw you out of the store. I was standing in the line and she was so nice to the customer in front of me, but as soon as my turn came she gave me the look as if she doesn’t like the fact that I was there. This feels so discriminatory.

I very often use our great Canadian postal service and don’t mind getting mail there. If the driver has not delivered a package the simply instruct me to call there number and ask them if it has arrived. I recommend going about and hour before the close to avoid lineups. I will continue to support our Countries great postal service. Keep up the good work. I am not including a star because I have had issues in the past with the drivers, (while still part of the team), the people at the counter do a marvellous job.

Kevin is an amazing employee. As soon as I walk in, he offered to help me pick the correct box size for my package and gave me a lot of information. Very informative, friendly and helpful. Also helped me solve an issue over an hour later. Will be coming back!

Absolutely the most horrendous customer service, I never thought any person can be so rude to another individual.The lady at the counter was extremely rude, yelling her job was already difficult and I was making it worse, all I wanted to do was ship a parcel. I asked her for the Canada Post complaint line and she did not give me a number telling me to get out and google it. I asked her for her name so I can make a complaint and she refused for that as well.I also saw other bad reviews here and from the descriptions it seems to be the same woman.I fail to understand why Canada post has not acted on these many complaints.There are a lot of hardworking people out there who would absolutely do so much better at her job and be at the least respectful to customers.
