Spiffy Car Wash

No foam was in the foam gun, we went on their rainbow wash day and there was no rainbow foam, in every stall we went to, there was no foam. As each stall and each faulty foam gun drained the card I had to put money onto to operate the stall. The place was being run by what looked to be a 14 and 12 year old so I didn't feel like complaining to them. Wasted so much money for the most mediocre wash. Total let-down.

Visit this Spiffy location regularly to wash our vehicles. Love that it has 2 vacuums in each stall to do the interior of your car. Waaaaay easier than doing it at home. Staff has always been friendly, bays are always clean

I finally got a chance to clean my car after a longer winter. There's a bit of a line up, but not a big deal. I got in and got my car perfectly clean. Lots of soap and lots of water to rinse it all off. They have it all. Definitely coming back for my next cleaning.

I have said before and I’ll say it again.Most soap out of a brush you will see.Has yet to let me down.I lowered my star rating to 4 as the car wash in confederation made their stalls much smaller.Melville ones larger.I have a large truck so does not help me.Any truck for that matter.South end one is has more room but not like it’s close if you live west side.Great dog wash too!

I came here on the recommendation of a friend. My language is not good, but the staff helped me patiently and enthusiastically. I am very grateful to him. It was a very pleasant experience. I also applied for a card for this, and I will go there often

UPDATE: After 3 weeks and sending 2 emails with all my contact info I have yet to receive a response. So after my years of patronage I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere along with a number of people who purchase car wash cards 100 dollars at a time. Sad to see that keeping my 14 dollars on my car wash card was worth losing my business. I would highly recommend JJs car wash on 51st.I have exclusively used Spiffy for many years. Sadly I was very disappointed today. My experience started by waiting about 5 to 10 minutes at the counter for someone to come by. I had left my credit card at home so I had hoped I could just start a timer and pay for my time like many other car washes. I found out that I need to purchase a spiffy card for a nondescript amount of money, however this was not a huge deal, just pertinent to the story. I then go to wash my car and half way through the soap brush stops working, again not the end of the world, so the attendants move me to another bay. I proceed to continue washing my car and now in this bay the triple foam button didn’t work. So I move to a third bay, but what stuck with me was the attendant said they knew that button wasn’t working and we’re in the process of trying to fix it. That is really what upset me to move to another stall for a break down to be moved to another stall that was known to be malfunctioning. After I finished washing my car in the third bay, something wasn’t sitting right with me. As an expression of my disappointment I returned to the cashier counter to request a refund for the balance of what was left on my spiffy card. The cashier said they would see if they can do that and took my card. However, after a few clicks and looking at the monitor, they seemed to change their mind on the matter and proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t refund the balance because they had swiped me into each bay as I had been made to move through the car wash on my quest to find a functioning bay. Upon further discussion I was instructed that there was no one else to talk to about this and maybe I should return during the week days if I wished to speak to someone about this. On my way out the last thing I noticed is that neither of the malfunctioning bays had been blocked off, waiting for the next customer to be disappointed. No one understands equipment break downs more than me and each individual inconvenience we’re simply that, an inconvenience but coupled together really produced an unsatisfactory visit to the car wash. I really want to continue my patronage at Spiffy but the service I received fell far short of the premium car wash experience I expect from Spiffy. Unfortunately I don’t even quite know what would make this experience right, as I feel either management has instructed the staff to perform like this or has failed to train the staff appropriately. Neither of these situations leave me feeling very good. As a long time Wyant group customer for multiple vehicles and a long time Spiffy customer, I’m truely upset with my experience today.

I love Spiffy’s because I can give my 80lb dog a bath without him clawing up my bathtub at home. The self-serve doggy baths are awesome, they supply the dog shampoo and conditioner, towels & more.The last few times I went they didn’t have dog treats anymore though so I don’t know if they discontinued that but they should bring the treats back for the pups lol.A waterproof apron is provided if need be and there are multiple different size bath tubs to bathe the dogs.When it comes to the car wash part, Spiffy’s is great. You can detail your car yourself and just pay for the time you use.Definitely recommend

This place is great, have all you need and more plus everything always works. I also love that they have the triple action foam application. I'd give it 5 stars all day, only reason I dropped one is the timer, sometimes I need 4 periods to wash my truck, then when you go ask for a receipt they print you 4 separate receipts, that's ridiculous.

Used the truck/rv wash bay. Great set up but has never had the tire/engine degreaser. I was also unaware you could just pull in out of the extreme cold and do mechanical work on vehicles free of charge without washing a vehicle. Just like the person already in there in the photo. The nice wide bay made it very easy to back the truck and trailer out the in door and almost into another customer coming around the corner heading to the car wash side.
