I had a very positive experience working with Emad to get my house sold. It was challenging because I am currently outside of Canada in a different time zone, but we were able to maintain contact throughout the process. I particularly appreciated Emad’s flexibility and willingness to assist with things like putting the garbage out or arranging for people to pick things up at the house. Emad scheduled a number of open houses and showings and gave sound advice about the housing market. I would be happy to work with Emad again in future!
