Orchards Walk Medical Clinic

In the last 8 months this has become a horrible place to book. I’ve been coming here faithfully for nearly four years and in the last year since the two younger brunettes started working the front desk, it has been horrible. Completely unorganized and don’t seem to care, on top of that, they are rude. I was supposed to have an appointment today and was given a CONFIRMATION email that it was an in office visit. It was even made BY one of them. When I came in I was told that it was a phone call. After I told them about the email, they gave me attitude by replying “ well then that must’ve been a mistake because she’s not in today. “ at this point I have given up and completely done with this clinic. I will miss my doctor and my nurse, but the front desk people are far from professional and helpful. The older brunette and the younger blonde were wonderful at the front.

Wouldn't know. We have been calling here trying to make an appointment for 6 months. No one ever answers the phone or returns your call. At this point, I'm not even certain that it is a real business.We have a friend that sees a doctor here and the doctor told him that he would see us but we have been unable to get into contact with her.We'll keep trying, maybe 2022 will bring more luck our way.

Not your typical clinic - that staff is always very polite. The place is absolutely spotless and tidied and the doctors I have seen have both been awesome. Efficient but not rushing. Doctor Lee especially has been excellent. Happy to have found such a great clinic.

Very caring staff.Dr Ayoub takes care of my husband and myself and is very thorough with examinations and other tests.We feel confident under her care.

If youre looking to get an appointment, you have a better chance of winning on a scratch/lottery ticket. Twice we have booked an appointment for our son and they have postponed it- for myself ive been able to get in quite quickly and had great care under Dr Shehata. Now he has moved away, and his replacement seems good but she is also here temporarily. Additionally there is another temporary replacement for after she leaves- but only until november and then we are advised to get back on a waiting list. Overall very hit or miss, for whether you get care or not.

These are the most obnoxious, rude and ignorant people. First off they NEVER answer their phone, EVER. Second they have NO voicemail AT ALL. Third their website is pointless, has NO way to contact them for medical related issues. Forth if you do get a hold of them by walking in there they are SO DISMISSIVE, MEAN and DO NOT HELP which 'news flash', is part of their jobs! I am currently looking into filing a formal complaint to the ENTIRE STEPS group. I can not express enough how disgusting these people are, especially the receptionists. Inhuman, inhumane and have NO CLUE as to what it means to be a part of the medical community!! DO YOUR JOBS BY HELPING PEOPLE AND BEING KIND OR FIND ANOTHER OCCUPATION!

They never seem to answer their phone which can be very difficult because they charge you if you don’t call ahead if you cannot make an appointment. They charge you for their lack of good customer service. They put the phone onto and automatic voicemail that doesn’t accept messages. Dr. Lisa is very nice, great doctor, however the fact that you can’t reach the clinic unless you physically go to the clinic is bad. The receptionist dont do their jobs every time I’ve gone in so far they’re all on their phones scrolling through Facebook.

Dr. Ayoub is our family doctor, I find her knowledgeable always willing to delve deeper in our health issues. Both my son and I feel very secure to be her patient and in her care. Taylor is Dr. Ayoubs receptionist and simply a delight to work with even in her busy moments.

If i could give 0 stars i would this place is garbage and so are there doctors.... probably the best place to go to if you want to be able to get a malpractice lawsuit on a doctor
