This pet place is price gouging. Do your research.. many products are cheaper at petsmart or pet value.For example, their fish are over priced. Glow tetra is 19.99 there while the same glow tetra are 13.99 at petsmart.Their neon tetra are 5.99 while at petsmart they are 4.49. Complete price gouging. I can see prices being slightly higher due to delivery to selkirk... but not that much. Thats rediculous. I ended up spending 117.00 on 10 little fish for my daughters fish tank. Never again!!! I won't be going back. The fish food was over priced as well. Not just over priced... but price gouging. I do not recommend.

I just moved to Selkirk. Was needing some stuff for my pup Dory. The staff was super welcoming and friendly! Answered all our questions and let us try the life jackets to find lne to fit. Since she cannot swim. Will be coming back here.

Was at the Selkirk location on Sunday. My friend needed a dog tag made and I knew they did it. The young lady working was polite and admitted she was trained to do it, but not alot of experience. We assured her there was no rush and this will help her get the experience. She did a great job and thanked us for our patience.

I always enjoyed going here but everytime I go there, theres this one lady there that is so rude I'm not sure if she means it or not but I've seen it multiple times, to other customers while I am in there & to myself, it seems as if she Is annoyed when she has customers or when a customer has questions.. if I had somewhere else to go for my crickets I would. there is a new younger worker now & another lady Kim they are super nice & I love going in when they are working,

I find almost every employee at this location to be rude and un-welcoming. They are grumpy and lazy. It's seems as if they don't want customers. I have been here 100's of times and have only had a positive experience a handful of times. I would rather drive all the way to the Henderson HWY location and receive proper customer service.

Had what I needed and of course more..so i spent and got some good quality merchandise..worth it. Staff was knowledable and friendly..will stop in next go round for sure.
