I have been banking with TCU for over 15 years. In the beginning they were a great bank. Find somewhere else to do your business. This brand has done nothing but go down in quality. The service is average at best, and things just seem to get worse and worse as years go on. Recently they redid" their app. Well its no longer an app... its a glorified link to their website
