Employee Tom has to be the most rude person I have met. He refused to help me over the phone. Sighed and was not interested in anything besides slurring words. He hung up on me before I could finish my questions.

Great shop, very nice, comfortable atmosphere. They carry a good selection, and a variety of products. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, and straight to the point. Much better experience than other stores I've been in. Keep up the good work Lit!

I had an issue with a cartridge and they rectified the issue with ease. They have wonderful customer service and a great selection of products. I been here a few times and each time they have helped me with great recommendations and I will definitely be using them again in the future. 100% satisfied customer!

There are a lot of shops filled with happy stoners and there is nothing wrong with that. The dude at Lit was able to recommend exactly what I needed with a clear description of how it worked and offered two devices at different price points. I bought the cheaper one and it performed exactly as how he described - both pros and cons. Great selection of.hash too! Get Lit fellow babies!

Nice clean store, well-lit. The staff member I talked to was knowledgeable about products. They used to deliver, then it stopped till September, then I got a delivery, now no more delivery again. I use the 510 vape cartridges and it's hit and miss when they're in stock. Wish they'd order more so we don't have to rush to the store when they get some in.
