I feel extremely sorry cause I wrote a negative review yesterday about my experience,which was about another pet grooming salon not Pawsitively purrect.You guys are amazing though you knew this comment was not about you guys but you offered me to see my doggy and help with her bruises that other salon caused .I have super positive experience from you guys with my giant golden retriever, you made him look amazing and he was so happy .Thank you for being super friendly & professional.I should never tried other place even if you guys are busy , still I would prefer to wait to bring my puppies to the right place to you guys .

Charlene and her team are amazing. My 1 year old Lab has been seeing her every week since he was 8 weeks old for training and grooming. I love that Charlene is no non-sense and does not sugar coat things, treats me and my dog with respect and has nothing but love for animals and their well being. Keep up the great work Charlene!

Charlene Thankyou for another beautiful grooming for my little guys. Your the only one who knows how to handle our little Bella. She a spicy little one coming from a bit to nice environment. And aBear well he’s just Bear. To everyone I truly recommend Charlene as she’s Pawsitively perfect.

Stefano is AMAZING, he was caring and kind with my long haired cat (Nugget). She came home looking stunning! I was worried about leaving her, but felt 100% comfortable once I watched how they interacted with all the animals there!

We are new to town and was recommended to try them out from another dog owner. Our little guy hasn’t been groomed for awhile and he came back looking so handsome and very nicely done! The groomer did exactly what I had asked her to do. We will definitely be taking him back!

I'm sure the place is great if they start going young..not so patient of older scared dogs. Unfortunately not a great experience with the woman either. She seemed a little short with our dog and us.

Charlene is a wonderful dog trainerShe is consistent and friendly. Also amazing at nails I have a 13 year old min pin who hates having his nails cut. She was able to cut his nails without a muzzle which has never happened before. I would recommend her for grooming and training.

We were pretty disappointed. We were very clear that we wanted our dog to have a trim. Just a trim. We like the look of his long hair. When we came to pick him up, we found that he had been given a buzz cut. I didn't even recognize him at first. AND she cut off his cute little mohawk on top of his head. We'll be looking for someone else. In about seven months when his hair has grown back.
