I seen Dr.Abdulrehman and he was fantastic. I am giving this rating because of his Admin Assistant Briteny Ford. I had an urgent situation where i need to cancel the appointment she did not answer the call so i left a voicemail and later on i had a voicemail from her that it is fine and she can cancel it according to the canceation policy. She did not mentioned what is their cancellation policy and i was their new patient unware about thier policy and such charges. Seocnd day i saw i was charged for it so i requested if they can waive it or resechedule to which she denied and said she cant facilitate any of that. She was very unclear in her communication when leaving voicemail and had no clear indication about the their policy or charges. I am going to loose a great doctor just because of some fool admin person. Very dispointing customer service with no empathy.

My son is 4 years old, and had gone in for dental surgery. The staff was very nice and calm with my child, At first I felt very nervous to send my child in to get put to sleep but after talking to the staff I left feeling so much better and knew my child was in good hands. Dr. Carla Cohn and staff did such a amazing job on my son teethI would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist to do fillings.I know for a fact my son would of got his teeth pulled out if we took him to a different dentist however Dr.Cohn did everything she could to save his little baby teeth and my son left with no teeth pulled.I am so impressed ! 5/5 without a doubt.

Loved my surgeon, anesthesiologist and the receptionist who admitted me... thats about it. If this rating was based solely on Dr. SIngh, it would be FIVE BIG STARS!!!! Nurses: try having a little more compassion, and if you dont like your job, get a new one. I wont get into too many details about why I'm leaving such a review, but your nurses skills are less than adequate when it comes to compassion and patience.

I had an excellent experience here! The staff were very welcoming and comforting, especially my pre and post-op nurses :). My physician was Dr. Murray, who did an amazing job. Thank u to all who made my stay a great experience!

5 Star PLUS ++ Just had surgery with DR Murray this week and am so grateful that he was my surgeon. He is top notch, compassionate and an exceptional , expertly skilled surgeon, I highly recommend him, and his amazing surgical team! Big thanks also to my anesthetist who took great care of me knowing I had nausea after surgery before; I am so impressed by how professional and caring he was in the medication selection and administration- no problems at all post op, so thankful! One more shout out to Candy my post op nurse, she was incredible, kind, compassionate and so helpful; she definitely supported my recovery -she is a gem! My husband Henry had cataract surgery at the Centre yesterday. He was extremely pleased with the staff whom were courteous and caring. The surgical centre is easy to access, very clean and with state of the art equipment. We would definitely recommend it.thank you Western Surgery Centre.

From what my client told me and the experience she shared The nurses and Doctor were amazing, however the customer service was rather lacking in compassion and empathy. I was responsible for transporting a client to have their wisdom tooth removed and upon drop off I was told the surgery would take 3 hours to complete and I was not able to stay in the facility to wait, due to covid(complete reasonable). I than continued on my day supporting other when I got a phone call 50 min later stating the client would be ready for discharged in 30 min and to be at the front door. When I explained that I would be more than 30 to arrive at the hospital, the staff that called me sounded irritated. When I stated were I was geographically, and question why the surgery happen much sooner and what was originally communicated she said I should have been 15 min from the facility at all times in case of emergency. Once again, this was not communicated when drop off occurred. It felt as though the service was operating on a basis of how many people they could see in a day and not how to care for people needs. I believe if the surgery started earlier what was originally communicated a phone call should have been made to notify the transporter. Not all people live in that area, and not everyone has supports network that to transport them.

What a wonderful clinic. Friendly and efficient staff greet you and take your information. There is a spacious very clean, waiting room and the chairs are placed distantly. The nursing staff were all friendly but also gave off a reassuring air of confidence. Very comforting.. My nurse was Shelly, her assistant was Ashley. The clinic was very busy but it didn’t seem to faze them. All the prep work was done and I was taken in for my surgery. Dr. Bower and the anesthetist Kenton, explained every thing as we went along. Took all the fear out of the procedure. Pretty soon it was over, I was in the car and on my way home. Great place to have surgery.

Dr Murray and Michele Sutherland were amazing. True professionals and my procedure turned out great. Very please. Thank you Western!
