I absolutely love being in Dr. Rawlins' care. She's very careful and patient, answers all my annoying questions with intuitiveness and care. I love her clam demeanor...as a first time mom, I tend to panic over silly things, but she's always there to reassure me in the best possible way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, caring Doctor!

By far the worst office I’ve ever been to during my 3 pregnancies. I wish my previous OB didn’t retire because this is horrible. They are constantly over booking people, every time I come here I am waiting over an hour for an appointment. They seem to think that no one’s time is valuable. When you call to make an appointment they only have certain times you can call and they DO NOT call you back if you leave a voicemail. They rush the whole process and take no time with their patients. I’m not sure how it takes so long to get into a room for an appointment because when you actually get into a room they seem to zoom in and rush you out. Worst experience ever, I cannot wait to give birth so I NEVER have to come to this place again.

This office is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. They have one receptionist for four different doctors. When I arrived for my appointment, a half hour early, the waiting room had 15 women waiting, and there was a LINE of 20 women outside the office in the hall, just waiting to check in! I only got checked in 2 minutes before my actual appointment, but I shouldn't have worried, because I then spent an hour and a half in the waiting room, because Dr. Taboun was running that far behind, and according to the other women I talked to there, this is the normal practice for this office! To have heavily pregnant women stand in line for at least a half hour just to enter the room, and then to have them wait one to two hours PAST their appointment time, because the doctors here overbook themselves so badly, they are always one to two hours behind schedule. This is beyond unacceptable. The most hypocritical part, is that there's actually a sign on the receptionist's window, saying that Dr. Taboun won't see anyone who is more than 20 minutes late for their appointment. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!When I finally got to see her, she was obviously rushed, barely let me get two words out. She let a student do all the main work of getting my info, and then when she finally did examine me, I felt like I was being brutally manhandled. I don't know if it's because she was in such a hurry, or if she's always that rough, but it was crazy painful. Then I heard her loudly exclaiming outside the room to another staff member that she was in no mood to be sympathetic to anyone" that day. What kind of thing is that for a doctor to say about their patients? Horrible

Dr. Jenna Rawlins is one of the best doctors you could ever have. She is so nice, caring, I feel very comfortable with her, she is knowledgable, and awesome in every way! Highly recommend, and thank you Dr. Rawlins for everything you've done for me.

I can't speak of the doctor, only of the staff. A doctor is only as good as the receptionist. I tried for a month to rebook a referral and finally faxed and then sent registered mail that I wasn't going to be able to make my allotted time during covid as I was going to be out of country. When I returned after 2 weeks of quarantine and called all day to get through, I was told not only did I not cancel the appointment (I have fax confirmation and registered mail receipt) but that the Doctor now couldn't see me for 7 months if I agreed to pay a fee.

Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for each visit consistently. Currently still waiting for my 9:30 appointment, it is currently 10 30. The doctor seems to rush when answering questions and doesn't take the time to listen to your concerns. Seems to answer your question just as your asking it. Doctor doesn't seem to look at your file or tests that were forwarded from the clinic doctor before hand before entering the room to assess us. The office seems slow and inexperienced with requests. Any calls you make will go to voice-mail and will be forgotten. Recommend to switch doctors

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen! A few days ago, my wife gave birth to this doctor and the baby was born! But he stitched my wife very badly and she has been bleeding for two weeks and has hemorrhoids! Please do not risk the life of your baby and your wife!

Bad experience ever… i have been calling since November and lvm no one get back to me at all .. why you have a phone since no one is answering. even when i go to my appointment i have to be on time there but when i arrive i have to wait an extra hour to get into the room… bad reception management. they need to improve we are 2023 and we are facing theses issues from 2022!!!!

Dr Bourke noted that I was still in extreme pain post op and offered no relief or explanation, literally saying to me that doesn't happen". The marsupialization he performed on me left me with such extreme scarring I now have permanent inoperable nerve damage. After our one follow-up he neglected to offer me any kind of care treatment plan or refer on to further professionals for investigation. His bedside manner was dismissive and rude
