I badly needed a haircut after my hair had grown down to the middle of my back. They were quite booked but found me a slot in the evening for the following day. My French is not great but the ladies working at the salon were still able to understand what I wanted. They did an excellent job giving me the exact haircut I wanted. They were courteous, patient and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Price was very reasonable for the haircut.I also wanted some purple and blue highlights in my hair. They were booked full as well for coloring services but found me a slot for it for the following week on Saturday. Initial quoted price was really high but was for a full head of highlights. It was way out of my budget and I almost cancelled the appointment but the color-specialist found a solution for me to have some highlights done and at a more reasonable price. She did some peek-through purple & blue highlights along the sides of my head and I really like the end result. I still wanted most of my natural black hair color but wanted some fun purple and blue streaks in it as well and that’s exactly what I got. Definitely happy with their services and really appreciate that they made me feel welcome even though I’m not good at speaking French (I do try).

Much better this time around cutting the hair of my 2 year. He was however sitting on me and the amount of hair that found it’s way to me was a lot. However the haircut for him took 30 min which is a lot for a 2 year old.I went there to get my haircut as well and have no complaints. Was quite fast and thorough.

I asked for an experienced hairstylist for a big change. I ended up with an all messed up hair. I went there for a second time to try to fix it, and they charged me again for a result even worse. So disapointed.

I was referred to Frank by a friend of mine, and I found him to be very polite and friendly. He knew exactly what was needed for my hair and explained things to me on what to do.The place is extremely clean and they follow the safety guidelines. The prices are reasonable and I can not complain about the staff. Everyone was professional and courteous. Would recommend this place if you want a haircut.
