Great snack during the wait for the ferry in Tsawassen terminal. I used to love this business. This was my first time buying from this location and it will most likely be my last. For starters, the staff seemed hurried and not very friendly, didn't ask for my membership or if i even had one. Was very rushed. And then a month or two ago I bought the almond/chocolate caramel apple from the langely location, and the apple was bad. Thinking it was a one off i bought on from this location a few weeks ago, and guess what, that apple was bad too. It tasted sour, tangy and you could tell it had gone bad. So I emailed the companies customer service to ask what's going on, maybe they switched apple suppliers?.I found out from the lady that the stores are franchised, so she told me she would reach out to this locations owner and that I should hear from them soon. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard a thing. It's pretty sad when a manager or owner can't even respond to an email from a customer who has had a bad" experience at their store."

Came in yesterday for 2 apples on my way to drop off my brother at the terminal. The girl working there was SO NICE, and unbelievably helpful. Apples were delicious as always!

Used to buy treats here when we were waiting for the ferry. We always loved their chocolate cups, peanut butter etc. Went to get some yesterday and they were $7 each! For a peanut butter cup?? Yes they're bigger then regular ones but not that big! I thought they were around 4.50 last time we came through. I didn't think it was that long ago.I know food prices have risen but even if we wanted to pay the price we can't afford that. Purdys is cheaper then Rocky Mountain! So unfortunately we'll have to say goodbye to our ferry luxury.

I bought two type of chocolate, one bitterweet bar 72 cocoa and others. A few minute later I realized I do not like the flavor and I tried returning it untouched and packaged as it was at the moment I bought it. They did not want to refund me, saying its food..... its a packaged bar..... very bad service for a 11$ bar.

Some staff members at the shop seem like they do not want to work there. No smile, no greeting no excitement in selling candies.I asked for a sample of chocolate pop corn and she kept offering caramel. Not sure which part of chocolate did she not understand. The caramel pop corn she offered on the plate were displayed in such a sad state that it felt they have been sitting since a week covered in dust!I started inquiring about chocolates, but the person didn’t seem to have a single bone of customer service skills in her. I felt like she was bored to interact with me. At the end, i did buy chocolates worth $27 (6-7 pieces) and left high and dry hoping the chocolates would help me recover from the experience.They do not have a return policy so in the absence of samples, you are pretty much screwed with the chocolate you buy even though you did not like it.As for the chocolates, they were very mediocre at the very best. This was my first experience at this retailer and am sorry to say that it will be the last. One would expect more from a place selling candies at such exorbitant prices in terms of taste and customer service.My advice is to avoid this particular location.

It's a good one for chocolate loves. Hand made chocolate taste it you will love it. Find a day to find something new to treat yourself and family. Unfortunately , Coquitlam centre didn't opening any store. But if you really like taste them maybe Online looking for some new.

Too bad the chocolate dipped pretzel sticks are not stored in an airtight container. Definitely stale. the other chocolate we had was too sweet for my taste. maybe I just chose the wrong things

A must try chocolate while waiting for your ferry or you can have it and keep with you to eat on the ferry or even after. Too different flavours that you can try different ones every time. Staff there are helpful to choose from the flavours that you like . Kids will love it for sure.
