Professional service with a very pleasant front office team. Dr. Heinrichs is highly qualified and experienced. Thankfully, this clinic (unlike some others in Metro Vancouver) does not push procedures that may not be needed, even if it is covered by your insurance.

My husband went to the clinic for basic cleaning with blue cross insurance 80% coverage. After cleaning he was surprised to be charged around $70 as the 20%... so he assumed that their price for basic clean teeth is about $360 with spot x-ray taken .... He still paid it as first/last time to this place. Unexpectedly, this clinic keeps sending invoices to our place for another $60-70 few month after the only time service saying part of the cleaning procedures was not covered by Blue Cross. We went to different clinic since then, with comparisons, we want to say: Probably you are expensive but please be reasonable!

Beautiful dental office in Port Moody. They accept new patients and see up to three generations of families. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I have always had positive experiences here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am shocked at how my last dentist didn’t clean my teeth properly and your staff were so wonderful she took her time and removed all the plaque I am in SHOCK at how much tartar I had….. I thought it was part of me teeth! Wonderful service!! Above and beyond ✨✨✨✨✨
