We had a great experience at CSN for a body work repair. We heard about CSN from a trusted mechanic and garage owner, who recommended them.Several panels of our minivan were dented and scuffed when the vehicle was shipped overseas to Canada via boat, train, and truck. We were shocked at the extent of the damage and the estimate to repair it, but fortunately the shipper's insurance covered most of the repairs and CSN dealt directly with the insurer for payment.The work was done earlier than expected, it looks good, and the vehicle was returned to us even cleaner inside than when we had brought it. The team went above and beyond our expectations.

Had very good experience with CSN. Work performed is per expectations. Team is friendly and knowledgeable. Would have appreciated proactive update from CSN about delay in returning my car.

I had my bumper and taillight replaced after a hit and run. New bumper was reordered since it was damaged upon delivery. My vehicle looks like new again :) Someone even took the time to do a quick clean of my winter mats, rear window and running boards. Unexpected and appreciated! Thank you!

Awesome service and fixed quickly! They dealt right with my insurance so it was very easy and took the stress off! when I picked my car up and they had taken the time to detail clean the inside which was above and beyond and greatly appreciated! From the front desk service to the body work team everyone I dealt with was beyond professional and helpful. I was quoted a very fair price to get a scratch fixed and painted and I was very impressed with the work that was done and would highly recommend for future customers! I will be returning in the future

Nice welcoming place with attentive staff. I had to deal with an insurance claim. CSN made the process easy and got my repair done in a reasonabke timeframe.

The repairs were minimal so they were able to squeeze me into the schedule. They had told me the car would be ready Wednesday and it was actually ready a day early! They also wiped down the inside and outside of the vehicle making it feel like I was picking up a new car! This was my first experience needing repairs on a car and it was nice to have a easy experience - working with insurance and accident reporting was getting exhausting so having CSN handle the repairs quickly and answer all questions really helped. Although I hope I don’t get rear ended again, if I did I would bring the car here to get repairs! Thanks so much!

Derrick, my service rep was great! Explained everything about my repair and had very quick communication and explained everything. He also provided me advice on things regarding my truck that I didn’t know about that I can do myself.Behind the scenes, the repair happened very quickly, was finished like new and on top of that they cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. I’d compared quotes too and they were at least on par or better for prices. They also arranged a rental for me while it was being repaired. Flawless. I can’t think of any service for anything that’s been done better for me.

After 5 months of waiting to have my vehicle repaired, I got my appointment on May 11, and my car was supposed to be ready on the 18th, but It has been ready only on May 24, and it was my insurance company that phoned me to say it had been ready since the 23rd as a text had been left on my cell when I mentioned I do not use my cell phone, and asked them to call me home. When I checked the work, the front and rear rubbers had not been changed; they are still all scratched following the accident. I was told that a piece was missing and that they would change them when they possibly have them on Friday May 26th, but this repar it will take 6 hours and that they do not have a courtesy car to offer me while I have no other vehicle. To date, June 1, no one has called me to finish the work, which was paid for by my insurance and by me.

Finally some excellent service!!! My Mustang GT got hit in July 2022. The first body shop I went to (FixAuto) told me that they couldn't meet my expectations and took over a month to tell me they couldn't order my aftermarket front end. Then I went to Assured, filled out their online form and sent the vehicle damage pics as requested and heard from NOBODY for two weeks!I decided to try CSN BEMAC Orleans. I met Derrick who immediately looked at my vehicle and confirmed to me that they could do the work and do it properly. He was completely transparent from the beginning and rather than lying about time frames like the other shop did, he told me exactly what to expect and why. True to his word, things progressed exactly as he promised. My 2005 Ford Mustang GT's front end had to be completely changed as I could not order the accidented body kit front end (Cervinis Eleanor kit). I had to start from scratch. New bumper, new grills, new chin spoiler, new headlights, fog lights etc...I'm not an easy customer, I am very picky and specific about what I want, especially when it's work to be done as a result of a no fault accident...Derrick and Carmen at CSN Orleans were patient with me (more than I would have been) lol, they addressed each one of my concerns item by item and offered extremely helpful advice regarding each one. This was not a simple insurance claim and a few obstacles had to be overcome but again, Derrick was extremely transparent from day one to vehicle pick up day and at the end I am a very satisfied customer.New front end of my Mustang looks AMAZING (great work by the techs!).I can't thank Derrick enough for his time and patience with me and I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my vehicle going forward unless he recommends it. Thanks very much for your efforts finding a 3rd party company who can install the matching stripe kit for me in the spring.Listen folks, it's post-Covid times, it's post trucking disputes causing delivery issues for parts all over Canada. You won't find a body shop that can take your vehicle TODAY. Impossible. It will take a while at any body shop as they are all weeks if not months behind. Some places will tell you next week" and will keep telling you that and making excuses. Trust me
