It has been so reassuring to trust East Gate with my belongings over the past several years. It is a secure and safe environment especially with the security cameras and locked gate. Tito is very kind and always looks after his customers promptly and with respect. The units are clean and pricing is very reasonable (best deal around this area)!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. My elderly parents were 15 mins late bringing their trailer after they were having a hard time hooking it up. They called the owner to let him know they were running a bit late but on their way. He told them he didn't care and that they weren't welcome to store their trailer there anymore. This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves treating people this way.

East gate was a breeze to use their storage facilities. Very efficient, very clean, supper security system and were always just a click away if you needed assistance. I would recommend them for your storage needs. Their prices were very comparable as well.
