WBK took our ideas and dreams and made them into a reality. First off, we met with Kendra, our designer, and she did an amazing job. She took our ideas and showed us samples and designs that were exactly what we were looking for. The quote that we received was detailed and clear, and better than the two other quotes we received. The workers (Mike, Phil, Tom, Matt,Rick, Joey and Aaron) were clean, respectful, fun, and did an incredible job. They cleaned up every day, asked us for our opinion, and were hard working. The final product was better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend using Westend Bath and Kitchen!!!

Westend did a complete main floor rebuild of our bungalow in 2019. With her keen sense of design, Loretta proposed cabinet layouts, materials, fixtures and colours for the kitchen and bathrooms while Rick and his team made all the plans a reality. The results were fantastic!Just recently we contacted Loretta for some minor drywall repairs. She coordinated with Rick who ensured they were quickly and professionally completed.The fact that we had so few issues after three years is a testament to the quality of the materials and the first-rate workmanship of Rick and his crew way back in 2019!Thank you Loretta, Rick and the rest of the Westend team!

Sarah S. was very responsive to our design changes and was very helpful making recommendations based on our lifestyle especially when we were choosing materials - particularly with respect to flooring and countertops. Kevin M. and his team were amazing with the entire install process. One of the things that sets this company apart from others is there is one construction team per project to keep the project on time and one budget. Kevin and team were professional, conscientious, and very knowledgable. His recommendations were great and his work is exceptional and thorough. This was by far the best renovation process we have ever had.

We did a basement renovation in Nov/Dec 2022, and are absolutely thrilled with the results! We raised the ceiling, installed pot lights, created a built-in desk area, and replaced the carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring. Our basement is so much brighter and more inviting, and feels like an entirely different space now. Kendra and Eddie were professional and easy to work with. We will absolutely come back to Westend Bath and Kitchen for future projects!

Westend recently completed renovations on our ensuite bathroom, main bathroom, powder room, and laundry room. We reached out to Westend as they had completed a renovation on our ensuite bathroom 20 years ago and we had been very happy with the quality and workmanship. Once again we are really happy with the process and the completed renovations. Our designer, Adam, was patient, helpful, and responsive. He provided good options for the many design elements. Csaba, our contractor, was amazing. He completed all of the work professionally and was so easy to work with. His knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and tidiness were really appreciated. He was flexible and very helpful with any changes. The final results in all of the rooms are beautiful and exactly what we wanted! We would definitely recommend Westend Bath and Kitchen.

West End Kitchen and Bath did a fabulous job on our kitchen. They were able to begin work early and finish ahead of schedule. The work was done with care, and we were consulted throughout the process. It was a great experience and we are thrilled with the end result!

Our Experience with Westend Bath and KitchenWhen we were researching ideas and companies for our planned kitchen and bathroom renovation, we received a highly positive recommendation from friends who had both their kitchen and bathroom upgraded by Westend Bath and Kitchen on separate occasions. The moment we stepped into Westend’s showroom and met Brenda, who would become our designer, we felt a level of comfort and confidence that would remain with us throughout the project.We had given a lot of thought to what we wanted to achieve with the renovation, and Brenda worked creatively and patiently with us through iterations of the plan and the selection of the many materials and features to ensure that we would get the beauty and functionality that we desired. When Brenda, Al (store manager) and Rick (project supervisor) came to our house to do careful measurements and discuss intricate details of the work, we again know that we had made the correct choice in selecting Westend Bath and Kitchen.The work was scheduled to begin on February 21 and started early that morning. By the end of the first day, our kitchen had been completely gutted and Rick’s crew had helped us set up a temporary kitchen in our adjacent dining room. The guys were always polite, obliging and extremely competent, including the electrician and cabinet installer who came in to perform their specialties. In addition, they cleaned the work area before leaving at the end of each day. Any questions or concerns were answered fully and the crew was able to seamlessly incorporate our small additional requests, as we thought of several “wouldn’t it be nice to also do this while the guys are here” wishes. They did their utmost to make sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout the construction period; for example, ensuring that we always had a functioning bathroom.We were told that the project would take five to six weeks, but happily, it was completed in exactly four weeks, and to our complete satisfaction! The renovation exceeded our high expectations in every way.
