Working with Valerie was a wonderful experience and she made us feel very comfortable the entire time. My husband doesn’t enjoy getting his photos taken but she generally made it an easy quick process and made sure we both were having fun and felt good. Our engagement and wedding photos turned out beautiful, her style is very clean and bright and was exactly what we were looking for. Family photos were a breeze, we wrote a full list of everyone that needed to be in what photos and she stuck to it and get it done so fast. I would recommend her to anyone and I can guarantee you’d be satisfied. She exceeded our expectations!

Working with Valerie has been such an amazing experience. We had never had professional photos done and we were so nervous about it being awkward, but little did we know it wasn’t awkward at all. Valerie is so personable and directed us for every pose and picture and made us feel so comfortable. It was like we had known her for years. Our engagement photos were absolutely beautiful and our wedding photos were more perfect than we even could’ve imagined. She captured every single special moment and looking back at those photos she took helps us to relive our favorite day. She also basically took on a whole other task of day of coordinating for our wedding and helped the flow of the day tremendously. We would’ve been completely lost without her on our wedding day, but she made it so we didn’t have to stress at all. We’ve had such amazing experiences working with Val that we even just had our maternity shoot with her and plan on working with her for all of our family photos to come. I can’t recommend Val enough and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen how amazing she is and how beautiful her work is.

Working with Val from the very first day talking to her through our wedding was absolutely amazing!!! Val made us always feel like we were her only client and was never too busy to answer a question or connect with us. The day of our wedding was so much fun working with Val. She made the day even more special and captured so many memorable moments. Val was able to meet every single expectation we had. She was so personable and accommodating. She never made us feel like a request was too big. She went above and beyond during our wedding . What I loved most was how accessible she made herself. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed whenever I talked to Val or thought about our photos. Working with Val was the easiest aspect of our wedding. We are so thankful she was recommended to us and would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing photographer for any event they have coming up. We absolutely hands down loved our experience with Val!!!!

Do yourself a HUGE favor, and consider hiring Valerie. I cannot recommend her enough!When my husband and I were wedding planning, we felt that one of the most important decisions we had to make came down to deciding on a wedding photographer. We wanted someone with a style that matched our own and who would make us feel comfortable in front of the camera - our wedding photos would be how we were remembering our wedding for the rest of our lives, and we needed a photographer we could trust and who would give us the quality and experience we were looking for. I knew Val from school and had seen some of her photos online. She came to mind immediately, because I was a huge fan of her work and artistic style.Val was so friendly and easy to work with! She made time to call and meet with us on several occasions to get to know and understand the vision we had for our wedding. We included our dogs in both our engagement photos and in the wedding, and she was so patient even when our dogs didn't want to cooperate or started to get fussy. She made us feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera during both our engagement shoot and our wedding, and I honestly don't think I would have felt so relaxed and calm with anyone else. We gave her a timetable of the wedding and she put together a schedule of when photos would be happening with each group. Thanks to this, she was keeping track of time and if it weren't for her, our groomsmen (who were setting up before hand) probably would have been late to the wedding. She reminded them it was almost time to get ready, and according to my husband, she completely saved the day!The photos themselves turned out better than I could have ever imagined. She captured every detail of our day in the most beautiful way, and between her and her second photographer, Emily, we felt like every moment was captured. Several of our guests even remarked on how attentive they were! Everything about our wedding day felt like a magical fairy tale, and I am so happy I have so many stunning photos to look back on and remember our day.

Valerie is nothing short of amazing. She is flexible, caring, compassionate, creative and everything in between. Booking her as our photographer was the best decision we made. Valerie worked well with us, making sure that we were heard and had everything we needed. She took stunning photos of our day that my husband and I will cherish forever. Valerie was hands down, one of the best things that happened on our wedding day. I still cannot thank her enough for what an amazing job she did. I plan on booking her as my photographer for all my future events and will always recommend her to anyone in need of a photographer.

Valerie is absolutely wonderful! I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could. We hired her for photos with our dogs and a separate shoot in our wedding outfits two years after the wedding because we did NOT hire her for the wedding. (mistake) Val took beautiful pictures. She was a natural with our crazy dogs. The artistic photos in our medieval outfits turned out absolutely gorgeous. You would never know we were at the Tonawanda Bark Park, in the freezing rain and cold. Val stayed in touch with us before and after the photo shoot. She was very flexible and helpful. She even brought a crown for me to wear. Her rates are more than reasonable. She will be our photographer for all future events and photography needs.

Booking Valerie as our wedding photographer was single handedly the best choice we made in our entire wedding planning process. From our first phone call, she felt like a long lost best friend. She was in communication throughout the lead-up to wedding day, and always open to bounce ideas off of or tag in inspo posts. She absolutely slayed our engagement photos. Come wedding day, Val was my biggest hype woman and made sure everything ran more than smoothly. I truly don’t think we could have made the day come together without her. Once we got our photos (the previews came SO quickly), we were speechless with the results. If you do not book with Valerie, you are missing out!!!

Val is an amazing choice for any type of photography. She helped my husband and I become so comfortable and confident in front of the camera, having her for our engagement session prior to the wedding photos was a tremendous help! Her work is amazing and captures you and your partners love perfectly. I can not recommend Val enough, she is a kind friend and amazing at what she does. She is always willing to help and answer any questions along the way (even if they aren't photo related) and is super easy to work with. I couldn't of asked for a better photographer for our magical wedding day and am so glad she was part of it. :)

Valerie was an amazing photographer for our wedding from start to finish! Her constant communication and always keeping us in the loop on all the details from helping us choose the perfect ceremony location up until the very end of our day with her was phenomenal. She made us feel so special and was extremely kind. I especially loved how organized she was, it made the process so much easier on me and her willingness to provide feedback when needed. The questionnaire she provided exceeded my expectations and thought that was such a well thought out approach for such an important day. It also made me feel like she truly cared about our needs and wants. I can honestly say I have gained a new friend through working with Valerie and I am forever grateful to have found her!
