Bonnie, the store manager attended me and she is very kind, friendly, polite and helpful. She spent an hour with us to finalize the purchase and helped us select designs. She did not rush us to make a decision and allowed us to take our time. We were very happy with the experience even though our purchase wasn't very expensive. I would definitely visit again.

Very bad experience today at the Markville location. Purchased a bracelet for $2500 and the manager Bonnie MA asked for ID because the credit card I was using had my wife's name on it. They don't take Amex so I couldn't use mine. After the purchase was done she insisted on seeing my ID, took pictures of my credit card and ID together, when I told her I was not happy with their process she asked me she will happily do a return for me. I proceeded with the return since obviously she did not want my business. I have purchased a similar bracelet for my mom in July and it was a smooth transaction.They made me a feel like a thief. They took my money then asked for ID. Bonnie Ma should have asked for my credentials before processing the payment. Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed with their manager. On the other hand I like this store, they have great product. But I can't say the same for the management.

I think the way we were dress the sale lady in there was trying to rush us out as soon as they seen us.ask about gold chain she told us 6000 didn’t look at price. Funny how people acting like that how u guy still open.

This jewelry store is amazing. One of my favourite shops at the CF Markville mall. Super well stocked.

Vivian is a super nice saleswoman! She had a lot of patience and looked around several times for us for a certain item. Even though our purchase wasn’t that expensive, she still treated us very well and checked each item to show us that it was not broken or dirty. Good experience!

Sales was very unhelpful and distant (I guess we dressed casual on weekends, because when returned on weekday dressed expensive they treated differently). Messed up our order so we had to go 3 times, not even an apology. We bought wedding band there, and soon found out the design is not suited for daily use - both rings are not one piece, the symbols are badly welded on, so the corners cut into everything from jackets, to hair, to any fiber… wasn't expecting this kind of quality/design from a jewellery store. Of course they can't do anything… Going to buy a different ring from other store in future to replace this.
