Great work on a challenging home exterior upgrade.

Deck was power washed and painted on the property. I ensured I covered my gardens to protect them while the work was being done. The first day of power washing I came home to a big mess, broken glass on the patio and even dirt and paint chips all over my entry way. I contacted the owner who said it wasn't possible to clean when it was wet but I managed to clean it up myself. A job site should never be left in such a mess. Also, their equipment was put on top of the gardens each of the three days even after pointing it out the first day. One day I came home to their equipment across my entry. I contacted the owner who apologized but also gave excuses each time. On the last day I overheard the owner talking to her employees about my complaints and joking about it. Extremely unprofessional.

My wife and I are seniors and, over the course of our lives, have contracted for many, many services, including the building of a house. At a time when conscientiousness, responsibility and integrity seem to be waning, dealing with Pro Works Painting was surprisingly refreshing. From the pre work meeting to the job conclusion, Pro Works delivered on what they promote -- being on time, being courteous, doing what they said, finishing what they started and being very fair and competitive with their pricing. I'd be hard pressed to have been more pleased with our exterior paint job accomplished by Pro Works. I couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism, respectfulness and pleasantness of everyone involved. I would not hesitate to use Pro Works again and, based on our experience, would highly recommend them to others. Pro Works did an excellent job!

Alita's team did an outstanding job of painting the exterior upper level of our home. Most of the work involved painting at great heights (35 feet). Riko did a masterful job. Thank you for the gift of making our home look new again.

I wish I could comment on the quality of the work this company has on offer, but they didn't bother to show up to the consultation we had arranged to get an estimate. While I'm annoyed that I wasted my day off waiting for them, something tells me we've dodged a bullet if they aren't organized enough to show up to a simple consultation. Not recommended!
