I have worked in retail for over 10 years, and I have to say I have never been to a place that made me feel more like I was interupting THEIR day by having the audacity to go in and ask a question. The owner was a tad chauvinistic towards me and basically told me to go get my parts off the manufactures website. I went here on the recommendation of a friend who said she had great service there, well that was the first and LAST time I ever go there. Also he wanted $50 for a $15 part, even with shipping from the website it would only cost $22. That's one hell of a mark up! I wasn't even asking for him to repair my vacuum, I just needed the part for pete's sakes. Complete waste of my time and horrible customer service!!!

First impression was positive but they failed to deliver on their commitments in repairing our vacuum. Inconsistent employee attendance, unclear access to parts and understanding. Don’t mind if someone honestly says they can’t do the job, but would have preferred knowing that up front rather than putting us off with excuses for weeks. Took the vacuum to Vacuum District with a one business day turnaround.

Took my vacuum in on a Sat. Gordsaid he would call with an estimate on Tuesday, later Sat. HeCalled vacuum was fixed I could pick it up, excellent & fast service. I was very pleased.
