After having to chase you down on numerous occasions for updates on my laptop, you have “recycled” my personal property without my consent. Your extremely poor customer service, arrogant and rude attitude, constant changing policies and over all lack of remorse are shocking. Your offer of a $100 gift card to your store “so I don’t cause trouble” is laughable.For anyone seeking computer repairs I highly recommend going else where, you too may not get your property back.

Zen Technologies did all the wiring and set up for ethernet services including for TV monitors and security cameras. It was a huge job and he did it with efficiency and foresight. We highly recommend!
