Elze contracting and Eddie are incredible.We built our new home in amherstburg back in 2019 and our builder experience was meh and not much more so we opted to leave our basement unfinished but when Covid hit quickly realized we needed more space (we also brought another tiny human into the world so the more space the better haha)We found ELZE contracting on trusted pros and emailed him for a quote along with others. Eddie was the 3rd to come to our house but his professionalism was quickly noted. As we explained what we wanted it was clear our visions were easily going to match!The entire project took about 7 weeks and we successfully added a living room, office, playroom, bedroom and bathroom! Every fixture Eddie chose was high quality and his suggestions were very much appreciated as we didn’t consider a lot of stuff (ie pocket door for bathroom and tile for our fireplace)The walnut mantle and shelves and the walnut stain on our exposed beams has us obsessed! Every single detail was thought through and Eddie never left us hanging in any concerns or questions - bless his wife for allowing him to spend so much time on our project (over Christmas) we so much appreciated it .

Eddie’s team did an amazing job with my 2 units renovations. I’m an investor who’s worked with multiple contractors on various project, and Elze Contracting was easily the best I’ve worked with. Eddie and Elze Contracting renovated two bathrooms for us in our condo. My wife uses them at her work, and we decided to use them for our own renovations. Their work was outstanding and very professional. All the subcontractors that Eddie used were excellent and equally professional to work with. Over the 40 years we've been in this house we've hired our share of contractors and ELZE Contracting is among the best for value and quality. The kitchen we wound up with was much better than what we had imagined and for a reasonable price. The tradespeople that came were all skilled, professional, and very easy to work with. Without a doubt I would hire this company again.

From the moment we met with Eddie for the initial quote, we knew we were in good hands. Not only did Elze Reno’s offer competitive pricing, Eddie was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. To top it off, Eddie’s perseverance to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work is nearly unheard of today. Eddie and his team completed a major reno of our main floor with a load-bearing wall removal with integrating the beam into the attic, new pot lighting throughout, and a plethora of other electrical improvements.
