Getting married in the most trying time, in the thick of the toughest part of COVID was devastating for us. Throughout the year of planning, we went from planning a wedding of 150 guests, to 50 guests, to 25 guests, to ultimately only having 10 guests for a ceremony only, no big dinner (our venue was able to offer us a romantic take out dinner for 2), and no reception. We had postponed by a year once, we weren't doing it again, whatever we did we knew June 6th was going to be our wedding day.Michael at WEDECOR was incredible throughout the year. From the very first email I felt at ease that they would be able to make our dream come true. Every time there was a new announcement and adjustments had to be made, Michael was so reassuring that no matter what we were able to do, they would make sure our day was beautiful. As stressful as it was to have to continue to update every vendor and ask 10000 questions, WEDECOR never made it difficult. They were open, accommodating and always there to answer our questions and help put us at ease.To say that they made our small and intimate day a dream come true would be an understatement. I was a very undecided bride, wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted, and just put my trust in Nancy, and knew that she would bring my love of baby's breath and white roses to life. Our chapel was a dream, and our dinner space was magical. My husband is not a huge fan of flowers or decor (he left this part all up to me) and even he was blown away by how amazing the space looked.Our bouquets, boutonnière's and flower girls crowns were absolutely perfect. Every detail was so elegant, simple, and even better than we could have imagined.We cannot say thank you enough to Michael, Nancy, and the entire team at WEDECOR for everything they did for us. <3

We had used Wedcor for our wedding, and they did a pretty amazing job transforming the horticultural building into what we were envisioning for our big day. However, I gave 4 stars because of our initial meeting with Nancy.I had attended the Ottawa Wedding show where I ran into Michael at the Wedecor booth. We had a lengthy chat, he was familiar with the horticultural building, seemed genuinely interested and excited about what I was visioning and when my bridesmaid and I walked away, we agreed that we loved Michael and I wanted to work with him.My mother in law made the call and we went in to meet with Michael, but was greeted by Nancy who sat us down and started the process of listing our desires and the cost it would be to execute them. I will say Nancy is very knowledgable, often came off as rude and short with some of her answers. Thank god for Michael joining our meeting because he really lightened the mood. I was starting to get frustrated with Nancy, but I loved what Wedecor could do for us. I remember speaking with my mother law and saying if Michael isn't the day of coordinator than we need to look elsewhere cause I wanted to avoid interactions with Nancy.Michael is so pleasant, has an amazing attitude and goes out of his way to make sure everything goes according to plan. Wedecor did all the the floral arrangements for our wedding day - which were all beautiful, and all the set up and take down of the decor which was super helpful. Our ceremony was outside and they moved all the seating inside for dinner in a seamless transition and the way they decorated the horticultural building was absolutely perfect. They really transformed the space and we loved everything they did.

Working with Nancy and her all her team was an amazing experience. Just a quick note to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work in making our wedding day absolutely beautiful . We highly recommend Wedecor. We were blown away by everything Nancy added to the wedding. We can't find no words to thank you enough.

I love the convenience of all decor, planning, day-of execution and stationary being with one provider. With that in mind Wedecor was a no brainer. It was easy working with Michael!At first since funds were strapped, we were concerned about paying for day-off coordinator but Mariam was worth every penny! Things were SO easy with her and it was such an easy day.The only only criticism is that I put so so much work into my plan and the wedecor document (my wedding was delayed, I had a lot of time!) and wedecor day-of coordinators should be very mindful of it!I had one song for my bridesmaids and myself and there was a specific part of it I was going to walk out to. This was clearly outlined in the document. During our rehearsal I timed it on my phone... it worked perfectly. I was in love! I mean I'd been thinking about this for 2 years and music is so important to me.On the day of unfortunately I noticed that my girls had already started walking and the song hadn't changed. I had to roll with it. My DJ knew what was up and switched to my song, but I didn't get my part. It's ok I'll move on, but I really wanted that effect for my guests. I know everyone had an amazing time still, but in my head I really wanted to walk to that part. =)

When my husband and I first got engaged, I knew we had to have WEDECOR as our decorator/florist/coordinator. After reaching out to them, I was connected to Michael Donovan and from there all of my wedding decorating worries went away!Michael was able to take my Pinterest wedding board vision and turn it into real life! Despite the fact we were in the middle of a pandemic and we were also hosting a private property wedding, he was able to make our wedding happen so effortlessly! He was incredibly responsive, and truly made sure that it was all about the bride/groom. Michael was there for setup, dress-rehearsal and all day at our wedding. He was always there to answer any questions we had and took all of the stress off of us. Our wedding day was truly magical and everything we could have ever asked for because of Michael and the WEDECOR team!*My husband and I are also race car drivers (drag racing), and he had the entire decorating team show up in racing suits, and made sure to add in little details to reflect who we were as a couple. I am all about the little details and Michael didn't miss a single detail! He far exceeded my expectations of anything we could have asked for!

It was a great pleasure collaborating with Micheal! Planning a wedding can be extremely exciting and yet daunting when you think of all the pieces that need to come together. Michael made sure everything was seamless for us! We were sincerely impressed with his professionalism, hard work and devotion to creating the most magnificent wedding day for us. There is certainly not enough amazing things to say about our experience with Michael and the Wedecor team. The flowers, the decor and the ambiance in both rooms were pieced together so perfectly. Everything felt picturesque! Anything we imagined for our special day, Michael not only achieved the looks or designs we wanted, but he went above them all. We especially loved our sweetheart table design which we know took great efforts! We can say with the utmost confidence that our day went so smoothly because we had Micheal there by our side the entire day ensuring that things ran accordingly. Through this process we were able to create a special connection with our amazing wedding planner and we are forever grateful that he executed our dream wedding for us.

Working with Wedecor made our wedding planning process so stress free! Michael was on top of everything and such a pleasure to work with. He made everything flow so smoothly the day of the wedding and our decor was absolutely breath taking. Many guests told us it was the most beautiful reception they had ever seen. Nancy also did an amazing job on our wedding invitations! Thank you Wedecor for bringing our wedding vision to life.

We had the pleasure of working with Wedecor for our June 2023 wedding at the NAC. Although they are no longer the preferred decor vendor for the venue, we went with Wedecor based on the recommendation from our wedding planner. We provided our inspiration photos and colour scheme by email to Nancy from Wedecor and she created the most beautiful decor design proposal for our ceremony and reception. During our initial in-person meeting, Nancy greeted us at the Wedecor warehouse, showed us different place settings, and took the time to walk us through the design process. She was very friendly, flexible, and professional. She had a vision for our ceremony that was something she had not done before. We trusted her and let her run with it. Leading up to our wedding day, Nancy was prompt with email responses which was very reassuring. On the wedding day, Nancy and team knocked it out of the park. We put our trust in Nancy and she delivered. The ceremony and reception setup was stunning and exceeded our expectations. The decor and flowers were absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests. We highly recommend working with Wedecor for your upcoming wedding or event.

Nancy and her team did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. Not being huge flower people typically, we reached out to Nancy to create a statement piece with everlasting flowers - the goal being to create something beautiful that we could display in our home for years to come. She delivered. We were blown away with it, as well as our centrepieces and bouquet. It was the perfect addition to our ceremony and now looks amazing in our home. Thank you Nancy, Michael and the team for fitting us into your very busy 2021 wedding season and doing a fantastic job as usual!

Nancy and the WEDECOR team orchestrated the most STUNNING floral decor we ever could have imagined for our wedding day, truly beyond our wildest dreams. My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of it all and how perfectly it all came together. Nancy and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and incredibly kind and professional. They understood our vision very well and made each step of the process seamless and stress-free, from preliminary meetings to the wedding day set-up. They were incredibly flexible and easy to work with, adapting very well to last-minute changes and always making us feel in such great hands and totally reassured.
