This company needs to be REPORTED and social media attention is NEEDED. You can't advertise for a one-month fee and then charge people a three-months fee instead, this is FALSE advertising.I was in a rush to see a doctor online, so I paid for their membership fee ($20) per month, without realizing they charged me for 3 months ($60). I consulted an online doctor there and it did not help with my issue, have to see a doctor in person after all. So, fine, charge me the $20 and give my $40 refund back for the other two month's service that I have not used yet, and they said they can only refund me 30% of the fee. Legally, they can't do that and need to give my other two months back since I have not use those two month's service.You need to change your subscription to monthly and stop playing word game! Do not waste time with them for a refund, for those who got tricked, I strongly recommend you to contact your credit card issuer and file a complaint against them.What a waste for a such good business model, the greed and trying to take advantage of their customers has ruined it all. This is NOT how you do business long-term!

Some of the doctors are good, but why is the app suddenly saying that you need to pay 20$ a month? My mom is on a BP prescription she can’t pay 20$ every month for her prescription.She also had some blood tests done a month ago and she can’t see her results, we tried emailing them twice, no response.Okay talk to the doctor on a new consult? Pay 20$, she needs to know her results and if she needs to continue on her medication.

This is the most helpful and efficient way to speak to a doctor from home. Each time I’ve used the service so far, I was instantly connected to chat with a doctor (no wait time) who took the time to assess my concerns and sent my prescription directly to the pharmacy of my choice. The service is amazing and the doctors are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Don't waste your time with this service. Subscription for 3 months automatically. Don't fall for the trap. You get a Physician Assistant to interact with and not a doctor. You will be better off going to a walk-in clinic to save yourself the hassle. It is a money making scheme and there is no value to the service

Honestly I paid $60/3 months and it's worth it. Sure.. you start off with a physician assistant but extremely helpful though! They run all prescription requests past the physician which unfortunately can mean it can take a few hours to reach your pharmacy.. but it's better than waiting in a walk in clinic for hours on end.. or waiting in emergency for issues that can be dealt with at home with the app and doctor. It evens out. Had a great experience. My son had a badly infected toe from an ingrown and the physician assistant was very thorough with my son's information to make sure he had the right medicine he needed - and I'm just waiting for a call from my pharmacy that they received his script. Easy peasy. I love it and truly appreciate the easiness and convenience this brings my family

They were great until they started charging. $60 got charged as a one time charge for 3 months and I was not aware of this and they will only give me a partial refund of 30% back because I spoke to 1 doctor. Stealing money if you ask me. This was primarily supposed to be a free service.

I was at my Whit's end, in pain and couldn't get through to my family doctor for over 5 days... I was referred to Your Doctor's Online".Hafsa Akhtar was empathetic to my problem and pain... We went through everything carefully and he prescribed the meds to alleviate my pain... Anxiously awaiting the pharmacy to call to have them picked up. This is MOST DEFINITELY THE BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE. Thanks"

You need to be very careful whileSigning up specially when you are sick and distressed. You presume they are charging you 20 dollars . But you don’t read the details which is they will charge you 20 dollars for next 3 months. So they con you and you end up paying 60 dollars. Be careful. Am also posting this all over social media . I have asked 40 dollars back. Let’s see how it goes.

The first time I used this app, had an amazing experience. Today, the wait que was 2456 -48 hours wait and offered a $20/ month subscription to not wait. I signed up and a Physician Assistant was online, consulting with me - not even a doctor! Absolutely unacceptable. Do not trust this service, I found them on the Ontario Health website as a free service with OHIP and now they added paid subscription (felt it was a money grabbing tactic) and I’m not provided a practicing physician.
