I had IHC install my furnace, central air conditioning and tankless hot water system. They were very professional and efficient. The system was explained and all questions answered. They also did work for our neighbor(very satisfied) us too and we would recommend them.

Great customer service, they installed my air conditioning unit quickly and then spent the time to explain to me how use it and maintain it. They also installed my Lyric that controlled both my furnace and air conditioner and walked me through the set up. I will definitely have them back to maintain my system!

The IHC Mechanical employee that came to my workplace was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get us back up and running the same day. Our system has been running great ever since!I would definitely recommend this company!

We had an A/C unit installed into our furnace (not your standard detached A/C unit) by IHC Mechanical. It worked for a few seasons and then was no longer working. I had another HVAC company come out to see what the issue was and there was very visible installation damage to the coils. The damage was irreparable and an entirely new unit had to be purchased putting me out $6000. Their prices are good, but maybe there is a reason for that. Buyer beware!

Great company for commercial maintenance. Not only do they keep equipment running smoothly, but they are proactive on repairs to help avoid costly emergency call outs. I very much recommend calling Matt and the guys to take care of your HVAC needs.

On Dec 31 our heating system quit working in our office and shop at Summers Drilling ltd Stony Plain. Our office and shop is app 10,000 sq feet, And with -30 degrees out things were starting to cool off quickly. Our office called Matt from IHC Mechanical. Matt sent out his technicians. One of our office heating units on the roof failed plus both the boilers that heat the in floor heating of the shop. And of course I was out of the country. They quickly diagnosed the roof heater issue. then started to work on the boilers. Turns out both boilers had cracks in the heat exchangers, By this time the shop was down to 6 degrees, Matt and his crew worked extra long hours to replace the boilers and start everything back up. And all of this during the holidays. From myself and my staff we want to thank Matt and his crew for excellent service .We highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. I don’t know why furnaces have to stop working in the winter, but IHC was able to get a new unit brought in and installed for us, before the house even cooled off! My full recommendation!

IHC Mechanical did all of the HVAC for the new house we had built (including in floor heating, furnaces, boiler system, air conditioning, snow melt for the driveway, Lyric thermostats). Anytime a service call was needed, I was completely satisfied. If it was urgent, they'd be there that same evening to make sure everything was up and running without delay. Otherwise, they were there first thing in the morning. I really appreciated the professionalism and the time they always took to explain to me what was going on in terms that I could understand. I'm a very happy customer and I recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable, hard-working, honest company to take care of your HVAC needs.
