Very long walks, no information available before going in, no info regarding security so you get to un pack your bag and re pack it and get harassed, then walk another mile to your gate then get told you are delayed. Very poor airport

Impolite and unprofessional staff - one woman was not really careful when checked my personal items (she threw my cosmetics out of transparent bag just to change it with exactly the same one). She asked me multiple times « what is it? » about my deodorant, it was so strange. Also she tried to use my husband’s phone when he already went through the control. She was not speaking properly and was quietly mumbling instead. Hope this won’t happened again.

This is a very beautiful airport and very easy to navigate. It is very neat. I was only doing a connection and I found out that they have lots of restaurant options and shops. Food prices are very reasonable too.The airport has a complimentary link shuttle that stops at concourse A, B, C and D. Each shuttle seats 10 passengers. The drivers of the shuttles are very friendly.

Helped out at Flair as three flights left back to back 8 Jan 2023 due to delays with no staff around to guide the passengers at check in counters. Happy to help

Everything is fine here but check in baggage line is only 3, but people are more than 200, I am standing for an hour so there is a chance of missing the flight. Please increase the check-in baggage line.
