Called their office and booked an quote to clean my gutters only. Office lady told me no worries we do that service. Then the installer came by and gave me a quote of over $5000 !!!! Told me they won’t do my gutters unless I had them changed to their system. My gutters are in perfect shape. Disgusting. Never use these thieves. They will lie and lie just to convince you to drop a load of cash! Do yourself a favour and lose this company’s phone number! O star service.

I called the main office to ask for an appointment. I was given the direct cell number for the local sales guy. When I called him he said he had to be honest, they likely wouldn’t get to me before winter (this is October). When I said I only needed about 3 metres of eavestrough replaced he said it didn’t matter and that lots of customers ahead of me had been waiting “months”. Doesn’t inspire much confidence in this place! I passed and called someone else. Two stars because they answered the phone and the receptionist was polite and friendly at least.

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service and work ethics. Set appointment to install evestrough twice, missed on both occasions. Now set for the third time. Already over 3 weeks away from their first appointment, and three months from the deal.

Nobody can take an appointment at that outfit, the road rep, the secretary (who every time we call said I'll call you back and never does!) or the boss... 6 times the appointment has been re--schedule, bottom line they came 2 1/2 months later!! Then the installation... I ask the installer can you give it more of an angle than not enough. He replies, I know what I'm doing, I been doing it for 18 years... obviously wrong, it looks like a banana, with water at each end, up to 3/4 of an inch of water and no water in the midle... How can I give 0 star?

I received an estimate on Aug 22, 2017 for gutter installation to start on Aug 24, 2017. Contract was sent to me by Damien Maze. Damien contacted me in the evening at Aug 22 to confirm the workers would be there on Aug 24. Nobody showed up and no call on Aug 24; I had stayed home from work that day to assist in the installation. I tried to contact Damien but got no answer. Left him a text message. Tried again on Aug 25, no reply. Called head office on Aug 28 and explained what happened. The lady on the phone said she would look into why nobody showed up or didn't call me and she would get back to me that day. Here we are, Aug 29 and still no explanation or re-schedule of the work outlined in the contract. Horrible service. Going with another company. Only gave them a one star because that's the lowest rating I can give them.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! NE PAS UTILISER CETTE ENTREPRISE!!! We should have used another company. We didn't look up ratings prior and regret not doing our homework on this company. There are much better rated companies in the region, please do not make the same mistake!!! Service so unprofessional, especially after the job was done, they didn't care and vendor Claude was extremely rude and arrogant. We got our gutters changed and the installers did not place the gutters where we asked them too. It was clearly indicated where we wanted the gutters to be before the work began, location was important in our case and they made the decision to change the location of our gutters without consulting us. We contacted the company afterward to ask them to move them and put them the way we asked in the first place. We were greeted aggressively and with condescendence. Exact word of vendor Claude it's not like your house is worth a 500K". They are extremely rude especially once the job is done. They don't care!!! Just an awful experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

Things started off well. Quote was detailed, price was competitive. Installers, on the other hand, were rude and took liberties without consulting. Took 2 weeks to resolve simple disputes and good luck getting any lingering problems fixed once you pay them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Installed gutters on my house 10 years ago there were great. did large addition wanted more gutters completed. called asked for a quote was told someone would contact us in about 1 week. waited over a week and a half and no one contacted us. did follow up call and was told to wait longer they might call in a week. just for a quote this is really poor service, will differently be going with another company would not recommend this company.
