Bras d'Or Lake
Very beautiful.Interesting to visit too is the Wagmatcook First Nation communitywich is located beside the lake.

Bras d'Or Lake
I was very disappointed in this campground. We showed up with our confirmation paperwork from them and they informed us that we couldn’t stay the last night that we had a reservation for. They admitted it was their mistake but did nothing to help accommodate us. Luckily the campground we were going to next let us come a day early. They acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us for the day we couldn’t stay. I realize mistakes happen but they didn’t try to help us out at all.

We live on the best Island in Canada. Get out there and see it. Beautiful scenery and views. Especially this time of year with all the fall colors. The Bras d'Or Lakes are amazing. Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning, clean and clear water. Breathtaking. Made our doggo very happy as it made for great swimming. Went back a few days in a row!

Gorgeous clear lake, great for boating. There are barely any boats in the water. The water temperature is not too cold, great place to escape the heat on a warm summer day. Watch out for the jellyfish, as there are very many in some places.
