The building of our new home was an absolute nightmare, and at one point, we lost all hope that there were any good quality and honest companies out there. Luckily for us, some businesses stepped up and restored our faith. CMS Construction Ltd was one of those companies. Not knowing who to contact to install screw piles, I turned to my favorite friend, Kijiji, and found a few ads for this type of work. CMS was prompt with their response to my inquiry, offered valuable insight into what was needed, worked with my architect and, most importantly, did a great job. They did the work on the day they promised, cleaned up the jobsite before leaving, and completed the job at the quoted price. Highly recommended!

CMS Construction Ltd. - Helical Pile Contractor
The guys from CMS came out to my cabin close to Kenora , Ontario, to install helical piles for a deck on the waterfront. Matt and Chris were extremely knowledgeable. reliable, trustworthy and very efficient. I was more than happy with their professionalism and work-ethic and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
