Highly disappointed with the service department.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when I bought my car, the sales team was fantastic.Everytime I bring my car here , there is always a story. I've had my car damaged by this place and they did not take ownership of it. The automatic car wash lodged a piece of the blue material at the corner where my rear right quarter panel and rear bumper starts. The service dept pulled it off back then and warped the bumper slightly so it does not line up perfectly with the car anymore (got told it's normal...).I brought my car for an alignment, the steering wheel pulled noticeably to the right only after 5000kms that I did since my last alignment in January (5months ago) I didn't hit any big bumps but since it was longer than 3 months I didn't complain. Mentioned it to my service advisor. Car goes in for the alignment, comes out on schedule. I get in and as I'm driving home I notice that it's still pulling to the right. (I know how roads work and that to test and alignment you need to be on the center of the road due to the slope/grade. Driving on the left side of the road should mean the steering wheel should be a bit to the left, it was still right)I bring the car back, they send me a tech for a road test. Tech confirms that the wheel was not placed properly when alignment was done. Car goes back in.I am then requested to accompany my service advisor to the garage and place the steering wheel to what I consider straight" (I work for a dealership so I know how techs react and how it affects their pride/ego).I place it and the tech is excited to show me that I'm wrong as the screen was green but then it turned red (indicating that the alignment was off relative to the wheel).Go back to the waiting area and shortly after the car is ready. Get told that I won't be charged for the second alignment...(SERIOUSLY?!?!!). I leave with it and when I get home

Wake up guys we pay enough for these cars fix the problem about courtesy and get courtesy car available your showroom and back parking lots are full. Left me saying « there’s nothing else we can do » good job Mercedes Laval and if you have 40 cars available like Mercedes maybe you should check on how you build these machine there’s clearly a problem over here plus i called blainville Mercedes telling they had one available for me i drove my check wngine and shaking car over there and « oh sorry the girl with who you spoke is new here she didn’t know » communication is the key good service also get you things straight !! Seriously

Excellent service and support for this dealership.Dan Grondin from the sales side has been outstanding from the very beginning.Dan has been incredibly patient and understanding of my needs and never felt pressured in any way. He remained highly available after the purchase to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care 100% 24/7.From the service side, Martin Salois has been a pleasure to work with. He provided me with great service and went beyond the normal scope to ensure I was well taken care of and satisfied.Working with both of these individuals has been easy and made car shopping and car maintenance effortless.

First time buying a Mercedes so I decided to go to this dealer based on good reviews. I would definitely say it I was the right place to go to. I had Dan as salesman and he was absolutely helpful, courteous and friendly plus he knows what he is doing. He is a straightforward and will tell you what car would be the best for you. Deal accomplished. I went and pick up the car. There was a small problem with having high oil for the engine. I went back and he right away got me a mechanic who adjusted the oil in the car. The rest room is beautiful. I wouldn’t lie the coffee is the best I ever tried ! Overall great experience with Mercedes Benz Laval . Very professional and it’s indeed the right place if you are looking to buy a Mercedes! Highly recommended.

When taking the appointment, I felt the rep was not listening to my repair problems, (answering the contrary or not answering my inquiries) but finally got an appointment with a reasonable delay. Once on site, there was no note on file that we would be waiting for the vehicle. At the price they charge per hour and the fact that they pride themselves on customer service, you would think they could offer something to munch on while waiting, coffee and a donut, nuts something. They don’t even have a vending machine. Will give a second rating for the repairs, but for now, while waiting for our vehicle time is ticking slowly and I’m hungry! (8:30 am to 12:00).

Almost bought AMG convertible white !! Ricky at laval Mercedes was very knowledgeable an gave me an amazing service, but I found the Color I want somewhere else. I just want to thank Mercedes Laval for there effort.

Customer oriented, always available to give a personalize service, I live far from them car was picked up and delivered to my house André Picard is always available when I need to speak to him. We never had such a service in any other dealer. His smile makes you feel welcome every visit. Highly recommended
