This is likely not the store or the store staff fault, but more a distribution issue. Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. Almost 3 months and still do not have everything we ordered, and finally gave up on the last item (let's hope we actually get that refund). So many calls, two cancelled deliveries, our product was sent to more than one store. We come to the store to offer to pick it up ourselves, and nothing but issues when we get there, like them saying the product isn't there when the person on the phone just told us to come get it. An absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I hate to say it, but I highly recommend you do not shop at Leon's.

It is always a pleasure shopping at Leon's. The staff is very helpful and amazing. We buy all our furniture from Leon's. The furniture is of good quality and the after sales service is great as well.Totally recommended :)

This place is such a scam. While buying a furniture in Jan they promised us the delivery in 3 weeks, it’s more than 5 weeks and yet no sign of delivery. While buying they treated us well, but now when I go to ask about my item they all give me different answers , someone even said they will deliver in June which is ridiculous. Also the manager of the store has some attitude problem he definitely needs some customer service skills.Well I definitely recommend not to visit this place for your dream furniture.Edit: Leon only replied to this comment, but despite emailing them again neither looked into our matter nor they responded to our email. Thinking of reporting this place to consumer court or Better Business Bureau.

If you want to throw your money, visit this store. They give you garbage quality products overpriced and worst customer service. We bought a bedroom set, and all we have done is only spent weekends resolving Leon's, we got it financed and paying for the products we do not have. The dresser replaced by them twice has been broken colour mismatched, the bed is so poor quality I cannot begin to explain. The colour peels off from every side. Even if you rub the furniture with your finger the colour is coming off. Do not buy the products from this store, the after sales service is poor, quality checks are never done, the technicians came and told us they are the poorest quality products we have received. The dresser drawers have cracks on the bottom

I purchased furniture at the Kitchener Waterloo Leons Furniture store.I had a pleasure of being assisted by Valerie, she was very helpful, kind and friendly.She worked together with me in helping me understand all the codes on my bill, and had my furniture set delivered to me in a timely manner.Thank you Valerie for this pleasant experience.

5 and a half months for a dishwasher to come and then to find out that the 1 year warranty started the day I purchased the dishwasher. So I lost almost half the time of the manufacturers warranty. I literally was patient through the whole timeI called once to see what was happening and waited. To know I lost 5 and a half months off the warranty 100% is not ok . I will never shop leons again and I will make sure everyone I know will never buy from leons again. I bought a washer and dryer 3 weeks ago from an other large company and they came in a week .This is outrageously horrible for a company to do . The delivery men were great though .

Have continued to leave messages for the manager, contacted customer care etc.. no one seems to care once you've spent your money. I'm without a fridge with Leons and King & State playing the blame game as to why after 4 repairs and no parts available now it wont be replaced ( as stated in the warranty I PAID FOR) Seems Managment is more worried about online complaints and public perception so let's see if they respond to this...
