I am seeing many customers having bad experience here, but for me I was treated courteously by the lady working there. My bad experience was actually with another customer who was already stepped out of the line to talk on the phone when I arrived, then he cut in front of me and had a lengthy problem which delayed my turn when I only wanted to pick up a package. The lady noticed me and took my slip and handed me the package while that customer was still stuck with his issues.

Absolutely ridiculous customer care and looting more money from people for sending normal mail. I sent same mail to the same destination, first time they charged $25 and today they charged me $47.

After living in this area for 4 years and frequenting this Canada Post numerous times I now have a sense of dread when a package gets sent here. There is always a long line and an oddly long wait. The store manager tells me everytime I question the wait that they're under staffed...but why don't they fix that?!? Just went there today, first time during covid, and the staff member was not wearing a mask. I don't understand why this continues to be an underperforming Canada Post location.

So overcrowded since the lines get so long and each person takes 15 min at the kiosk. Once I witnessed an employee yell at a kid for something about their package which was completely rude and uncalled for. It drew so much attention and I felt so bad for them. People weren’t even wearing their masks properly, nose not covered. Whenever I need to send a package and have questions, they come off as rude and blunt and don’t offer any solutions when needed. Usually they make no effort to even look or respond to you.

Been to this post many times.. the staff is always attentive and polite.. never had any issues with receiving or sending packages as well as other services.. too bad their manager left.. a blonde lady who valued her customers.. it seems her staff misses her a lot.. I will not go to another post office

The store manager is very vocal about being anti-mask only wears a clear face shield. Tells everyone she helps masks don’t work that it’s government trying to control us. I have no choice but to go to this post office at least once a month as I have something delivered that needs a signature for. I dread coming here since COVID-19 started, this area is in an extreme hot spot with cases and I wouldn’t be surprised if this post office is ground zero!

This is not how anything works. You can't just randomly shut off the post office because you feel so even though it it within your official business hours. This is an essential service.

I am a regular customer of canada post at this location and I would like to share my great experience with the staff here; especially Harman, she is extremely friendly, always happy to help wearing a smile on her face.. very positive persona to interact and deal with..once I left my belongings there by mistake and she went out of the way to reach me out and kept it safe for me. Thanks so much.

Very unhappy went to drop off a mail but the lady made it a courier unnecessarily just to make more money !!!!! when it could’ve been sent as a mail. They find ways to loot customers !!!!!
