The young Asian lady pharmacist at this Rexall is rude as hell.Saw her being really rude to this older feeble looking lady who had come to pick up her medication.The customer was struggling speaking in English, she looked Arab, but one could see she was trying her best to communicate and this pharmacist was just being down right rude almost racist in her tone. Horrible

This review is in regards only to the pharmacy. The lady working today at noon was awfully rude, unprofessional and grossly insensitive.Please train your employees on the importance of human compassion and if that's not a priority in your business, then at the least they should be taught customer service. It's not hard to be a kind person, or even just respectful.The pharmacist should not be stating my illness out loud in front of others. It was beyond embarrassing and dehumanizing. I already had enough anxiety going in to pick up my medication and the pharmacist truly made it a terrible experience.

I had bad experiences at Shoppers pharmacy close to where we live, so upon renewal of my prescription, I’ve requested my family doctor to forward my prescriptions here moving forward. Glad that I made the right decision because staff here are amazing! They’re friendly, caring and they always smile.. you can notice it even with masks on. They went above and beyond to help me as I was running out of pills and the order of my pills hasn’t come yet. Very smooth transactions with them. Partner even noticed how friendly and accommodating the staff were at this location when he heard me talking to one of them over the phone.. and he wants to switch too on his next prescription renewal!Thank you!

I visited this pharmacy for the first time on April 11 and I bought milk. For my surprise, I discovered that instead of 4 liters I got 3 liters. Yes, one liter is missing! That’s unbelievable.

The pharmacist is INCREDIBLY rude, insensitive and dismissive. They also promise that your prescription will be available at a certain time and when it isn't you're made to feel like you're the problem. If they got a new pharmacist I would return. I'm surprised they haven't already seeing as most of these negative reviews are about the pharmacy.

Best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Pharmacists are fast, friendly and proactive, filling my prescriptions before I even call. Great service and well stocked.

Quick service. At Front and Church, this is a high volume location mixed with locals and tourists.Large selection of items including a food, cosmetics, and pharmacy sections.Try to go during off-peak for less people and during the week.As for pricing, Rexall appears to be more expensive for various items in comparison to other pharmacies and supermarkets.

Their pharmacy team is AMAZING here. Very knowledgeable, great for dealing with insurance. Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing pharmacy, a lot of options

This location is open 24 hours. Nice big store. Clean and well stocked. Has some grocery items as well.
