CRC RV Super Centres

Previously we have owned a 2007 Jayco. My wife and I showed up the last day of the RV show in HFX in Jan. Walked the entire show, looking at all the trailers from all the manufacturers. Decided to leave... was not impressed at all with the quality and how it has changed. However, we did realize we missed CRC Truro as the only Jayco dealer in NS. They had trailers tucked away in one corner of the exhibitSo we popped by to see what Jayco is now building. Loved the layouts and while the quality has changed, we were still very impressed with them.So fast forward 2 hours of Lucas spending time with us (along with the rep from Jayco) looking at different models, try to match our needs to a trailer and answering 100s of questions, we left to think it over. Later that week we got in contact with Lucas and arrange a viewing with him and Kris on site (before they even opened for the season, they came in to once again answer our questions and show us some trailers)We settled on a trailer, purchased mid Feb, picked it up mid April. In that time I've had dealt with Lucas, Kris, Bobbie-Jo, several of the techs. Consistency across the team. Customer service matters.We ran into few little snags and at every turn it was 'something is wrong, but we'll fix it' The willingness to go above and beyond seems to be rare nowadays but at CRC that wasn't the case. Example. We had a problem with RV cameras and compatibility with my new truck and they called the truck dealership and other businesses trying to solve a problem that wasn't theirs.And as I drove away with my new trailer, I felt like a valued customer.While I hope I don't have to visit often, I feel like if I do need service, I'm confident that the CRC Truro team will continue to provide me exceptional customer service. And if my needs change... I know where to go to look for my next trailer.May 2023Apparently needs change faster than anticipated and we traded it in on a 5th wheel already.Same great team. And I had a follow on issue after picking it up and CRC dealt with it quickly so the service is as expected

My husband and I recently purchased a camper from CRC RV and cannot say enough about the customer service. It was beyond amazing. A huge thank you to Chris for his efficiency and help. A huge thank you to Lucas for coming in quickly on your day off to take care of us and a huge thank you to Mike for installing our hitch and giving us pointers.

I love my new 2022 jayco jay feather 24bh. All the staff at CRC RV Super Centres were amazing to deal with. Right from just looking to financing and even the parts manager. What a great experience. But I have to say my favorite person to deal with was Chad! He was super friendly and knows his stuff. If you are looking for a new or used RV I would definitely recommend you going to see him. You will leave there knowing you made the right choice on your new RV.

Had a wonderful experience with Chad. Not only that, he was very knowledgeable as to the many products. Chad went more than above beyond the distance, he looked up my suv to make sure it could haul the one I really likedSadly, it won’t haul it.However I did have the pleasure of continuing to see the beautiful. I thank you again Chad, your honesty really shine and stand out.Thanks again for the laughs and knowledge.It was not a warm day that day. Just sayin. Chad was outside showing me.

Lucas, Marco, Bobby Joe, Chris, Sam and the whole CRC Team are amazing! From the purchase of our Jayco in fall 2022 to the checkup this spring 2023 they are unbelievably accommodating.We got a new truck with only a days notice before we headed out for our May long weekend trip. We needed to have our hitch recalibrated and Marco made sure to mention it and Bobby Joe went above and beyond to fit us in (during their busy season) to ensure we got on our way to our long weekend camping trip. Not to mention they replaced our battery at no charge!Can’t thank them enough! Will be recommending to anyone looking to buy a trailer!Thanks CRC! ❤️

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The salesman, Chad, took plenty of time to show us many RV’s until we found the one that was exactly right for us. It was nice to deal with a salesman that did not put any pressure to buy. Very good experience and enjoyed dealing with this company. We now have a beautiful and very well built RV.

Terrible Experience, Avoid this Rental CompanyMy family and I recently had an extremely disappointing rental experience that I strongly advise others to avoid. We had flown all the way from Ontario to embark on a memorable road trip through NS and PEI, and we had booked a 26ft motorhome for a 7-night adventure. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we encountered a major issue with the generator on the very first day.With the generator malfunctioning, I promptly informed the rental company and they sent one of their mechanics to assess the problem. Regrettably, the mechanic concluded that the generator was beyond repair. I immediately reached out to the manager, Chris, letting him know that we had to cut our trip short to 3 days instead of 7 becasue of the issue with the generator hoping for understanding and a reasonable resolution. However, to my dismay, Chris showed no signs of empathy or apology for the inconvenience caused. After a prolonged discussion and heated argument, he begrudgingly agreed to reimburse me for only 1.5 days of the rental instead of the 4 days I had proposed, which was a grossly inadequate compensation for the significant disruption to our plans.Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon returning the motorhome, I was shocked to discover that the company had charged me an additional $150, claiming that I had failed to empty the tanks. I want to emphasize that I did, in fact, empty the tanks as required. However, due to a faulty tank sensor, it did not register properly. In addition, I was also billed for two loose screws that had come off from one of the cabinets during our trip. While I understand that accidents can happen, it is how a company responds to these situations that truly defines its reputation. In this case, it was evident that the rental company displayed a lack of concern for the troubles and inconveniences they had caused my family and me.Overall, I urge prospective renters to steer clear of this company. Our experience was marred by a malfunctioning generator, unsatisfactory customer service, and unwarranted additional charges. It is clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or take responsibility for their shortcomings. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable rental company that genuinely cares about its customers' experiences.

Chad at CRC RV was absolutely amazing to deal with when we started looking at buying our camper trailer.... from start to finish. There was no pressure when looking and he was up front and honest which is hard to come by when in sales. He made our experience smooth. When we picked up our camper, all of the staff were more then willing to lend a hand to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used camper trailer. Thank you Chad and all of the staff!
