There's a line for passport related applications. For the rest of the services provided here no need to do a line just get here and ask the commissioner at the entry and you will be accommodated inside.Will provide an update once I'm done with my business today.

Arrived Monday morning 8:30am for passport related, maybe 15 peoples outside waiting. keep in mind, some arrive with appointments or other services related to service Canada, these group may skip the line at anytime.Once inside, about 20 chairs are lined up in row of 10 before getting send at the checking desk. Number are giving out for type of service you required and directed to a new area to wait.without appointments, as a walk-in from start to finish (3 hours and 10 minutes)recommendations! safe time and book and appointments on the website for faster service.most important, bring all original documents that required for the purposes of your visite.best time to go are Monday and Wednesday. very busy on FridayGood luck!
