Very disorganized lab, takes forever to get a prescription refilled or even to pick up. The male cashier was super rude and telling me to wait even though I called it in the day before. Moving to a different pharmacy

This location is open late and the prices are relatively good, particularly for sales. The pharmacy staff are helpful. It can be a bit hard to find unfamiliar items since it's not always where the signs seem to indicate. Have had issues off and on with the self checkout and card tap using phone but worked fine when inserting chip card. No bags at checkout.

Ive called this pharmacy probably ten times over the last three days because I need my prescription refilled. They never answer the phone. This morning I was put on hold and at the end of the hold line I was brought back to the main menu. I NEED MY PRESCRIPTIONS! This is ridiculous!

I went to the Jean Contu store on the corner of St. Catherine and St. Matheu. I told the employee on counter that I bought these earphones that are very loud even at the minimum volume, her response was “they are supposed to be loud.” I start connecting them with my phone to show her my concern but she said “There are other customers waiting in the line!” Not sure how she had the audacity to say that without even attending my concern. I asked her to kindly address my concern and she said “But I told you they are supposed to be loud,” gave me a side-eye and said “Whatever.” Highly unprofessional and rude, surely not going to visit them again.

I had a prescription for eye drops. After few days, they called me said it is special order, I need pay in advance. I asked how much? They said they don't know and they need check and call me back. After few days, they called me and said it is $99/bottle. I asked how long I can use for one bottle. They said they don't know. They need check again. Another few days later, they called me again and said two weeks for one bottle. And then I went to the store to pay in advace. After 3 weeks, I feel like I havn't got any call related to medicine is ready. I went to store last night, they told me the drops will expire in one week becuase they called me at 3rd March, I didn't answer the phone. and they only call one time for each customer. If you miss, that's your problem. I checked the voice mail, no message left. My question is: if it is special medicine and has very short expire date. why not notice me in advance? and does every patient know you only call one time? Is it the default rule for all pharmacy or only this one? it is terrible experience. And I asked to talk to the manager. They said manager will contact me, but till now I haven't got any contact.

Attention. Totally make all people very confused. I buy groceries from there many times, it’s good. But! All worst experience that I ever had in my whole life is also from this store due to the parking. I parked there twice and always confused about the rule of the parking, very poor and bad management of the parking. Only French sign in parking lot. Different agents in store has their own idea of the rule of parking, it is ridiculous. First time, they said buy any stuff and the you can go. Second time, I just go there double check the rule they told me, one agent said you can only pay for it, I keep asking about parking two hours, she said you need to pay 9 something for two hours. I asked do I need to buy. She just say just pay 9… After I finished shopping from other supermarket, I go directly to pay the parking, the different agent very rude and only tell me you didn’t buy anything so you need to pay 40. And she didn’t listen my explanation, I just tied to explain I am not avoid any payment, I can buy some stuff or pay 40, but no one has the rights treat any person in that bad and rude attitude. She even said, you of course is not first time to come here, you keep arguing and waste the time, so you can’t buy stuff at the time, u know if someone towed your car is 500$, so you choose 40 or 500. I can understand I need to pay and respect the rule of the parking, but this is incredible to being rude and without listening. Seems all your employee are very proud of your company have a ‘private parking’ in downtown, is that an excuse or a reasonable reason for your employees to threaten costumer?

Love this pharmacy, but please, do not say you'll prepare a medication just to not actually prepare it. Waited around for a 'ready' call. Just to find out, no one was preparing it. This is the second time. Disappointed. Might have to change back to my old pharmacy.
