One of the best customer service experiences I've had at bell! Amanda was very nice, understanding, friendly, and really helpful when it came to getting a phone upgrade. if you're looking for good service, just ask for Amanda and she'll get the job done QUICK!

I went into this store yesterday to get a new phone and was helped by Ryan. Being an elderly female and not knowledgeable about electronics, Ryan was so helpful. Explaining in a way that made me think I am now an expert. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and did not make me feel stupid. You have a true treasure in this young man. Thank you

Starting off , my experience was very wonderful , the entire team assisted me really good for my bell services and i will recomend everyone to use bell , they got best customer service , especially Mr.Jason helped me through setting my account. Great service !! :) :)

My experience was second to none. I had a complex situation with my phone. The team at bell on Lasalle helped me for multiple hours with the best customer service I could have asked for. I will be a returning customer for a very long time. It’s very reassuring knowing they are there when I need something. They are totally honest and upfront about everything. What a great team. I was 5 minutes away from returning my phone and canceling my service with Bell after multiple bad customer service experiences over the phone. Ryan in store was the only reason I stayed with Bell. He went above and beyond to help me sort out my mobile service issues, provided the most excellent customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable. I will only be dealing with Ryan at the store from now on for any Bell issues. I appreciate everything he did to get me back up and running, and the advice he provided about my plan.

Amanda was excellent! Very happy with the service! Brought my iPhone in after I allowed someone access to it. She helped me change my passwords, delete the unknown device linked to my Apple ID! Thanks Amanda

I visited the new Sudbury bell location and was greeted by an employee named Tyler. Tyler was extremely nice and funny and helped me upgrade my old phone. He was also extremely patient and answered all my questions. I had a great experience!

Ryan helped us through several hours of phone calls and conversations with multiple different bell departments, in the end he managed to sort everything out and get us our new phones and a deal we could not pass up!! Dealt with Ryan and were impressed by the thoroughness of his explanation of Bell plans, his attention to detail and his ability to anticipate questions and concerns. In addition, his candid and good- humoured - as well as his patient - approach made what could have been a tedious process a great pleasure.Highly recommend!

I decided to switch over to bell from Rogers and ordered a phone online. I went into this Bell store to ask for an update on it, and while they can’t track online orders - Amanda found that a problem had occurred (which I never would have known since Bell online never informed me) and worked tirelessly making it her personal mission to help me fix it. She made multiple phone calls for me, tried things on her end, and even offered to come in to the store on her non-work hours to help me sort it out. Just amazing customer service - I contemplated just cancelling the order and staying with Rogers but this service really made me want to stick it out and stay with Bell. I felt so appreciated. Thank you Amanda! Give her a raise!
