LA Pilates

Started Pilates after pelvic surgery so litterally had to start at the basics. Lucys Gentle Pilates class was perfect and I am now an Intermediate. Lucy is brilliant, patient and really listens to individual needs and adapts classes acordingly. I thoughly recomend her for group, online or 121's and a well earned 5 stars for the force of nature that is Lucy.

I absolutely love Lucy's reformer classes!The studio is spotless and fresh, and yes the classes are challenging but they are also really fun, Lucy caters for everyone, whatever their level or restrictions. If you haven't tried a reformer class before, go for it, I highly recommend if you want to have fun whilst hugely improving your strength and flexibility!

Lucy has been teaching me Pilates for 5 years. She is an amazing and enthusiastic teacher. She works us hard and pushes us to our limits yet makes our sessions fun and sociable. I feel much stronger in my core and other muscles. The reformers have taken my Pilates practice to another level. I would recommend LA Pilates without reservation.

Lucy is a great teacher. I love the fact that every class is so completely different. We never know what to expect but know for sure we will feel rejuvenated when we leave the class. She really knows her Pilates and installs in us great confidence in her teaching.

I've so far done just one term Lucy's Pilates classes and I'm already feeling significant benefits. I feel stronger, I have fewer aches and I move much better and easier than I did before I started with Lucy.Her classes are full of her energy and enthusiasm and she seems to take different parts of your body on a little journey each week (I'm not even sure I even know I had these parts of my body before!).There are people of many different ability levels at the classes but Lucy manages to focus on everybody so nobody is left out. I love Lucy's Pilates classes - definitely the best new thing I've done this year!

Quite simply put Lucy is an amazing teacher. I'm in my early 50s and have always been very sporty but never done Pilates. After a recent injury it became apparent that I needed to build more core strength & I joined Lucy's beginners class. She is very patient, knowledgeable and a super motivator. I'd highly recommend her classes plus one to ones on the equipment

From one fitness instructor to another, Lucy honestly is fantastic. Her classes are tailored to people’s individual needs and she really gets to know her participants. She creates a really lovely atmosphere in her classes with lots of variety, and they are challenging too! Which is always a winner for me! Would highly recommend, regardless of ability!

Fun, varied classes. Lucy is a Pro, knows pilates. She adjusts/extends exercises to your needs to gain maximum benefit. Luv LA Pilates. Ive attended many years & wouldn't go anywhere else. :)
