Niccio Hair Salon

A few weeks ago I was on vacation in Ottawa and got a keratin treatment at this salon. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. I was treated with such kindness and the hair stylists did a fantastic job on my unruly curls. I’m so glad I made the investment to do a keratin treatment and even more glad I chose this salon to do it for me. My hair has never looked or felt better in my entire life. Whenever I go back to visit, I will definitely be returning to this salon. 10/10 highly recommend.

This salon is absolutely wonderful! The treatment you receive as soon as you walk in, it is just the friendliest and warmest welcoming environment. Chad and George are unbelievable and experts at what they do. They are constantly keeping an eye on the latest trends and products, and it is clear they pursue excellence in everything they do and sell. I am someone who does NOT trust many people with my hair, but the cut and colour I received from George and Chad respectively is TOP NOTCH. My hair looks fabulous and absolutely no damage. Super happy with my results and would recommend to everybody!

If I could rate this place a 10/5, I would do it. Chad and George are miracle workers. They're the brains and heart of the business, respectively. Together, they're a great team. All other employees at the salon were friendly, professional, and pleasant to interact with.I also couldn't be happier with the colour George did on my hair. My hair's almost black naturally and he gave me a beautiful blonde balayage in just one session! He far exceeded expectations and I'm floored at how good the dye job looks.Chad also did a great job with the cut of my hair and I've been getting compliments from everyone since I went here. I had another salon in Ottawa that I went to previously, but this place has definitely stolen me away (in a good way!) As long as the quality keeps up, I don't see myself going to any other hair salon in the city. Happy to be a client here. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and professionalism! The only place I trust to have my hair cared for! Rob has a great team and you can always trust his opinion when you need a change but not sure what to do!

Best Salon I’ve ever been too! Just extremely good customer service all around. High end but with an extremely welcoming feel. I walked in with a lot of natural roots and black hair and walked out with the most perfect shade of red violet. Even after bleaching to lift the black out, my hair has never felt healthier. George and Chad nailed the colour and style flawlessly. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!I have nothing but good things to say about this hair salon. I used them as my wedding hair stylist, and they delivered outstanding service!First of all, BRIDES- choose this place! They shut down their whole salon for us so we could have our own private venue to get ready. We had mimosas, and were able to bring in our own snacks and tunes.Secondly, their prices are very reasonable! One issue that I had being a bride was almost every location (other than Niccio) I was looking at had separate outrageous fees for the bride just because it's her big day". Niccio Hair has very reasonable prices with exceptional service!!Lastly

I’ve been going to Robbie for over 20 years. I was one of his first clients and, over the years, we have become friends. I no longer live in Ottawa but every time I visit, I go see Aline for highlights and Robbie for my cut and style.They are great. They always take time with their clients to ensure you walk out of the salon happy. No rush, great style - my hair and colour always look great walking out of there. The salon is clean and you always feel comfortable in their chairs. Hands down best place to get your hair done in Ottawa! Trust them with your hair!
