Dr. Ng cares the money more than service. I bought the machine from someone else. he immediately change his tone, don;t care and not very professional, he still got paid from OHIP for consultation, maybe he wants $7000 instead of 40 service charge. Also I compare his product to others, he is overcharge a lot

Met with Lynn for the hearing test and a pair of hearing aid. Lynn was very caring and professional. She was very patient to the elderly, explained in very details on how to use the hearing aid. I think Cleartone Hearing Centre is so lucky to have Lynn as their staff. And Maggie at the front desk was very nice too.

She conducted a comprehensive hearing assessment, explaining each step and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her expertise and guidance throughout the process were invaluable.
