Prairie Sky School
Prairie Sky School has a terrific philosophy that gets kids actively engaged outside, in the community, and in local experiences - all while checking off SK curriculum objectives. Their commitment to honouring the land in which the school is built, and the original caretakers of the land is integrated throughout the kids' experience. We are grateful for the opportunity that our children have had to learn and grow in a holistic and informed community.

My Granddaughter attends Prairie Sky and loves it, she enjoys talking about her learning experiences. The outdoor component enhances learning and keeps the students engaged.

Prairie Sky School
This is my sons first year attending Prairie Sky school. Before making the transition my son hated school, every morning was a fight to get him to go (and he’s only 9). Now he loves school, has found it easier to make more friends, and the style of teaching works so much better for his style of learning. The physical activities and being outside more have also helped. I could not recommend the school enough!

Our daughter has attended Prairie Sky School for the past two years. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff, curriculum, and community are simply incredible. The focus on deep and meaningful learning fills my heart. We all want the best for our kids and PSS is the best.

My son Zayden attends Prairie Sky School and he couldn't have had a better teacher (ms Rose) and classroom assistant Kevin. The two created a safe environment for all. I'm very pleased with the indigenous content involved and the outdoor education.He's looking forward to next year.Great job prairie sky school and staff!!

My nephew attends this school and I’m so glad he goes there. I like that he get to go on outdoor adventures. He loves all his teachers too. Overall a great experience for our family.

Prairie Sky School
This is my sons first year at Prairie Sky School. They have smaller class sizes and do lots of learning outdoors. His confidence and social skills have improved along with his reading and writing. They do multiple field trips all year long (camping, art galleries, biking around Wascana). The staff are so caring and provide detailed and comprehensive reports on the students learning. I wish I would have known about the school earlier. I have nothing but positive things to say about this school and community.
