Highland Park Townhomes

Terrible arrangements, the apartment I visited do not even have hood fan in kitchen. When complained they were told to open windows. I even don’t know how they pass health inspection. Stay way from theses poorly maintained places. If you have to negotiate hard and make them to fix everything before you get in.

I was just a visitor, let me explain.Lower income row housing at a premium rental price.Let's face it. The place is old. Cinder block walls. Cement basement with painted floors. Cracks in the foundation.You can hear almost ever word the neighbors are saying and evertime they close a cupboard door, or when go upstairs you will hear it. It's not anywhere near soundproof.The supplied washing machine was broken. The dryer didn't heat. The stove was old and worn out. A promise of a dishwasher from leasing agent was a fabricated fib. There is no room in the kitchen for a dishwasher! Where would it go? There are no hook ups.There are no lights I any of the rooms except basement, hallway, and kitchen. Stock up on floor lamps. Its dark in here.Anyway. The speed bumps are18inches high. Go slow. Lots of children playing, and that's okay.No visible visitor parking. Another tenant said the power plug hook ups for plugging your car into are disconnected. ( not sure if that's true)Not my idea living. This is just my opinion. I'm sure some people love it.

Ever since Kendra took over things have been SO WONDERFUL!!! She is so on top of everything, always going above and beyond to make this the positive environment it is! Her and the maintenance team are kind, respectful, and have the biggest hearts! They tackle every issue thrown their way with finesse and efficiency! I absolutely love living here!

Kendra is simple amazing and one of the best persons we have met so far in our move to this beautiful city. She was on point and exceeded our expectations in making our experience with leasing a smooth sailing from virtual tours to the final touches of moving in.Her customer service is top notched and she is truly a GEM at Mainstreet Equity Corp. Not judging, but I wouldn't live here. Old, not particularly attractive, no covered parking, some suites are a long way from the parking lot, and not a very convenient location.

They don't clear off snow. They don't repaint parking lot lines. They leave enormous potholes for months without repair. The sewage backs up. They reluctantly let everyone know there is a boil water advisory when it was needed, then say nothing to anyone after its lifted. They inconsistently and sporadically water the lawn during the summer, so most of the grass turns yellow long before fall. There hasn't been a furnace inspection for years. No site inspection has been done for over a year. Change managers frequently.

And Still here. It has up and down like every where else, but it is Reasonably Good. a Lack of some proper Maintenance but mostly negligible. time to time there are issues with pests & in some cases basement Flooding, these are more reliable units then Anywhere else good and friendly staff.PS, Dog owners & small pets allowed.

Terrible management, no care for outdoor/ public sidewalks and spaces and overpriced for what they are. DO NOT RENT

Do not rent from these dishonest people. They have killed most of the trees from not watering them so lookup for falling branches when walking in their Park like setting. They never did any snow removal this winter like they said they would do when we moved in. Many suites have bed bugs and roaches from their poor choices in tenants. Watch out for frozen water mains and three day water outages with no water in the winter. They can also boast of having the dirtiest pothole filled parking lot in town without a doubt. Police and Ambulances attend almost every night for either a drug overdose or domestic dispute for your entertainment. The office has had four managers in one year and they are currently looking for another. So if you are looking for a decent place to live and want to save money look somewhere else because it will cost you lots of time and money to move out after your Lease is finally over to leave this down right dirty and disgusting property like I did.

This was my first apartment in Lethbridge back in 2008. Lived there for a total of 3 years, now my brother does. They're beautifully renovated, however everything else has gone downhill. Tenants have been suffering from bedbugs since March, and they let people park all over the place -- including emergency parking spaces, on their own lawns, other people's spaces, as well as blocking dumpsters. Also see a bunch of questionable characters in these townhomes, but fortunately no word of crime (yet). If you're thinking of having one of these as a starter apartment or long-term purchase, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
