I thought we might have to replace our washer, but Kyle worked his magic and our washing machine is now working like a charm! I have heard that many of the newest washers are less reliable and don't clean as well, so I am happy to keep this old beast of a machine in service!

We are very pleased with the service that Waywest Mechanical heating and air conditioning provided when our heat suddenly stopped working. They were very professional. They arrived right on time as promised, and was able to inspect and repair our furnace immediately. He also installed a new thermostat which was not functioning properly. They went above and beyond to help us. They also helped us in fixing our fireplace which wasn't in working condition. I would happily recommend this company for all your Heating and Air-Conditioning needs!

We rent out our condo in Nanaimo and the dishwasher recently stopped working. I called Kyle at Waywest and he immediately attended and diagnosed the problem. He advised to get the part, to fix the problem, may takes months to arrive due to shipping. He suggested using Amazon to acquire the part which I did. When the part arrived Kyle sent a repair person over immediately and replaced it. Our tenants are very happy to have their dishwasher working again. This kind of service is very rare to find these days. I highly recommend Waywest for any repairs you may have. Thank you. Terry in Winnipeg

Exceptional service right from initial call to installation of my new heat pump replacing my propane furnace that had broken down. All staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When this company says “They care about your needs” they mean every word and walk the talk. Their service is wonderful and they follow up even after installation is completed. we had a new pool heater that stopped working on day 5, calling around everyone said its a month wait for service, this company came the very next day, squeezed us in before my whole pool season was over. was enjoying the pool the very next day. they were polite, fair priced, and super nice to my great dane who was very curious of what they were up too. figured out the issue and fixed it under an hour. so happy, will use them again.

Everything went sideways yesterday evening - no heat, electrical outlets didn't work, no water . . . I didn't know who to phone, and found this wonderful company. Kyle was helpful, and kind when I was quite upset. The electrician who came out quickly, immediately pinpointed the issue, and suggested a future fix.The furnace stopped working, and though it is afternoon, help is on the way, within the hour I'm told.This is what customer service should be - I would feel comfortable phoning this company for any problems they deal with. They fix problems quickly, kindly and make me want to recommend them. Thank you, Kyle!

We had an amazing experience with Waywest! They helped us several times, first was an emergency with our fireplace and they came the very next day we phoned and we also had a ductless heating and cooling system installed with them too! I needed to have my dryer looked at, Kyle came in and checked out what I thought was a problem turned out it wasn’t! He was quick and efficient and also didn’t charge me anything because there was no problem and he was here for maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely be recommending way west mechanical to everyone I know!

They were able to fit us in a tight schedule and got the job done in a timely manner. I have used Waywest Mechanical for Plumbing and HVAC issues all of the tradesmen are very knowledgeable and approachable and have fixed any issues in a timely manner. I had them even come out New Years eve for an emergency call. They are very reliable and trustworthy! Would recommend to family and friends for Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning and even Appliance-Repair!
