Chiara did my tattoo - she worked with me to adjust the design until it was exactly what I wanted. In the end, I love the tattoo better than the reference picture I showed her. I have my next tattoo booked with her and am beyond excited to go back again! Super talented and an incredibly kind person!

Wow, this place is something special. The artists are all extremely friendly & talented- they really make you feel safe & comfortable in this space. The shop itself is clean, fun, and entertaining. I started with one arm piece from Nicole and have kept coming back for more ever since. Really, her work is a gift and I am lucky to wear it on my arm. The tattoos have healed so well time and time again. The whole team put together has made this shop feel special and memorable. I can't recommend them all enough!!

The artists at Arcade are incredible! Such a fun and comfortable atmosphere, all the pieces I’ve had done with Chiara are exactly what I could have hoped for.

I got my tattoo done last week and I’m extremely disappointed. I was giving myself the time to decide if it was going bother me that much and it’s been a week and every time I see my tattoo I’m disappointed all over again. I gave detailed information on how i wanted my tattoos done and when I got there it was completely wrong. She was adding flowers where I didn’t want flowers. I explained I wanted an approximate 8” shoulder piece. It’s half the size. Every time I said I wanted it bigger she kept telling me no it’s big enough. It was also supposed to be in a yin Yang style, she did not do this either.This one I wanted on the back of my neck she thought was a thigh piece? And made it massive and every time I told her I wanted it smaller she said no it’s small enough. I then decided fine as long as it’s her style I’ll be ok with it. She didn’t even do it in her style with these sick white highlights. I specifically chose this artist for her style and was ok with the price to get it in that style but it wasn’t even worth it because she didn’t do her style which I’ve never heard of an artist not doing it in their style so now it’s not worth the price I was charged. I have to look at this tattoo every day now and I get disappointed every single time I see it. I’ve heard great this about this place especially the owner, I wouldn’t mark off the whole shop just the one artist I highly highly recommend not booking with because you will not get what you want at all. The way she also put the second skin on my neck she put it on my hair like and when I removed it ripped a line of hair out and was extremely painful.Update: the owner or shop manager reached out shortly after and I haven’t heard back since.

Worked with Higor to design and build out my sleeve, it was such a great experience and he was such a great person to talk too and work with on this project. Couldn't recommend a better artist to bring your idea to life! 12/10 experience and atmosphere.

Over the past 2 years, Chiara has been my go-to artist for everything from tiny little hand tattoos to my most recent large-scale piece. From design to placement to the finished product, Chiara is thoughtful, thorough, and I love how delicate and crispy clean all her linework is. I'm so excited to keep adding to my collection and collaborating with Chiara!Also, it has to be said that the shop itself is unlike any i've spent time in before. All the artists are so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They have created such a comfortable, chill atmosphere for a really enjoyable experience. I truly have only great things to say about Arcade Tattoos <3

My favourite tattoo studio in Toronto! Super clean, professional, comfortable, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lauren and Chiara have given me my favourite tattoos. I recommend them to everyone and keep coming back!! They are incredible artists with great attention to detail. Each time I’ve visited has been a great experience.

11/10 recommend! The atmosphere makes my nerdy gamer soul so happy every time I visit! The artists are all amazing, really talented, and so friendly it always feels like you’re visiting with friends. The shop is super unique, and really clean and they have real working arcade games! My artist Chiara, has such an incredible way of bringing my visions to life, her art is absolutely gorgeous, and her style lines up with my art preferences perfectly! She is one of the nicest most down to earth people ever! I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. I get offered snacks and drinks, and there’s never any rush to pay and leave when the tattoo is done.
