We had Rick look at our fridge that went out overnight. Called Columbia in the morning and it was done before noon! Highly recommend!

Refused to look at my dishwasher after it quit a second time told me they were coming out then didn’t show up when I called to see when they were coming they said they were going to arrange to pick up my dishwasher and I never heard from them again. Told the company I am leasing the dishwasher from that the second breakdown was from misuse even though it was a totally separate issue so neither one will fix it. They are LIARS!

We were so thankful to Oswaldo for repairing the refrigerator we had purchased from them for our residential home that was long past the warranty. He provided the parts quickly and even some extras at a very low cost and now we have a better than new fridge which was so much easier than buying new and better for the environment. They are such helpful and reasonable folks to deal with! Thank You!

Our 14-year old Whirlpool dryer came up with an F01 error code. The dealer who sold it, Whirlpool customer service, and many other repair shops all said the electronic Control Board had failed and this part was $300 plus, but no longer available. Online sellers wanted $367 US or more for a pre-paid special order, and offer no delivery guarantees. Too bad, you are supposed to throw out an otherwise perfectly good dryer… . Daniel at Columbia Appliance listened carefully, and said if I could bring the board down to the shop the problem was often a burned relay, and that was repairable. They did the repair that very afternoon. A $15 relay, some very reasonable shop time, and the dryer works perfectly!! This kind of old style, can-do, reasonable service is amazing!! It is so wrong to discard repairable appliances. I can’t say enough good about this kind of service. Give them a try!!!

The dispatch lady was very kind and attentive. Oswaldo diagnosed and assisted my washing machine the morning of my appointment. I would have had to reschedule due to work, but his phone call was very helpful, accomadating, and kind. I already know that this will be my first call for all of my appliances from now on. 10/10 service!
