Fantastic service. I called for an emergency job. they were already booked for the day but found a way to work the schedule so they could get to me with 3 hours.The guy were polite, professional, quick and courteous. No course language, clean, all around great. seemed mote like church boys than the stereotypes about tradesmen. They did an awesome job and the work looks great.I was so happy with their professionalism and with the work that I signed up for the diamond package.

We were having trouble with our water pump not turning off. The repair man went above and beyond to make it work again. No one needs they water pump go out during a heat wave.They were timely, they don’t over charge and friendly.

Andrew Dyck did a very good job. He was professional. He was ready to answer questions. He was very clean. He explained the procedure for us to follow. He installed an RO system. He is very pleasant. He is personable. Very friendly. Enjoyed having him do this work for us.

David and Andrew came out to replace our pill switch and ended up also servicing our AC and furnace units. These gentlemen were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and came out promptly. We really appreciate their service and we will continue to call them for all of our plumbing and heating needs!

We had issues with our septic field and a simpler solution was offered that we could try and we chose to go with it. Time will tell if a more involved solution will be required in which case we will chose RMB again.

Always a great crew to deal with! Right from Arlene on the phone, to the guys on site. Brendan, David, and Ed were a pleasure to deal with, and did a quick and meticulous installation of a new electric furnace and AC unit in our home. They also took the time to answer a bunch of my plumbing questions which were completely unrelated to the job at hand. Andrew has also been to our place multiple times and has continued to give us the confidence of call them again.

Our A/C was out due to furnace mother board fried. Called RMB, they came within the same day, earlier than what they said. Service tech was friendly and informative. We are happy with there fast and friendly service.
